Small hotel but does its job! I stayed in a 1P room and the size was ok. It was very clean the whole stay. The only bad thing was it was too hot. And if one turns the heating system down, the cleaning ladies turn it up to maximum again... they mean well, but no need to have such high temperature...! Breakfast was very good. Even though the space isn't much, there was a lot to choose from and everything was of very good quality! It was weird having the reception in the 'restaurant', but hey, it really is a small hotel. I really enjoyed staying there, everybody is extremely nice and it's close to downtown. I will definitely stay there again!

La responsable de l hôtel est très agréable. Il y a une réelle motivation afin que les clients se sentent bien. Je suis française et je ne parle pas allemand mais nous avons pu communiquer en anglais.
Dans la salle du petit déjeuner, il y a différents tableaux de fleurs et de belles plantes. La salle est très propre, agréable et lumineuse.
Le petit déjeuner est complet et très correct pour 6 euros.
Notre chambre située au fond de la cour où nous avons séjourné 5 nuits était suffisamment grande.
Pas de climatisation mais pour ce prix là c est normal.
Par contre, vous pouvez demander un ventilateur.
La chambre est propre.
Il y a du lave main et un savon liquide dans la douche.
C est un hôtel que je conseillerais pour le rapport qualité prix.
Merci à la responsable pour son accueil.

Room was clean with plenty of storage. The room was small but I have had smaller in Europe. No shampoo or lotion products.
Quiet location. Not much parking available.
Breakfast was just okay. Not a large selection. Hot food was just warm.
Definitely a no frills hotel.

Nice hotel close to town center.
Very clean rooms.
Each room has autonomous heating.
Recently refurbished.
Very polite and cozy people.
Breakfast with limited variety, but everything that is served, is fresh and delicious.

I rarely go to one star, but this time it is necessary and well deserved. A friend had the misfortune to stay at Mirabell. Although it is a very ugly hotel and the single room is extremely small, we were pleasantly surprised the bathroom was neat and clean. There is nothing comfy in the room, not even a water bailer to make tea. The bed was so bad, my friend needed a chiropractor after a few weeks. The manager was rude all the time. Cleaning was paid for and not provided regularly. At the end, the manager started inventing reasons to keep the deposit, claims fraudulent enough for the police to get involved. My advice is to avoid.

Ich kann keine Bewertung über die Zimmer und das Frühstück abgeben. Aber ein unschönes Erlebnis mit dem Service hatte ich. Ich kam mit dem Bus aus der Stadt und hatte irgendetwas nicht vertragen, was ich zu mir genommen hatte. Mein Darm fing im Bus an zu rebellieren und ich stieg aus da ich das Hotel sah. Ich erklärte der Dame aus dem Hotel ruhig und freundlich was mit mir los ist. Sie drückte mir die Tür vor der Nase zu und sperrte mit den Worten "wir schließen" die Türe ab. Das kann es doch wohl nicht sein. Wie menschenunwürdig geht ist das? Ich stand völlig hilflos auf der Straße mit meinem Problem. Und der Dame war es völlig gleichgültig. So viel zu diesem tollen Hotel.

Sehr geehrte Brigitte H, die geschilderte Situation fand um 22 Uhr statt und zu dieser Zeit hat das Hotel zum einen schon geschlossen und zum anderen befand sich nur noch eine Mitarbeiterin im Haus. Wir wollen niemanden eine schlechte Intention zumuten, aber dennoch ist mit dem Hereinlassen einer fremden Person ein gewisses Risiko verbunden, vor allem wenn sich nur eine Mitarbeiterin im Haus befindet. Wir haben den Zutritt untersagt, um die Sicherheit unserer Gäste und unserer Mitarbeiter zu gewährleisten.
