Nice hotel with friendly, welcoming staff. Room was spatious and the basics a business traveller needs. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast.
There's also a restaurant, so if you prefer, you can dine at the hotel as well.
Maybe just one thing that could be improved: having some international tv channels.
They are very unreliable, unorganised, rude and racist.
We booked the room after a long drive with two small kids, and when we got there, the hotel was locked, and no one was there. The poor bartender from the next door had to help us and open the door to what was supposed to be our room, just to find out it was already occupied. After trying many they found one empty room where we had to do the bed, clean the dirty sink in the bathroom and it was very dusty.
The next day, we were greeted by a very rude and racist receptionist. She didn't apologise for their bad hospitality. She actually accused us that we are not as well prepared as German people when travelling. She promised us a call from the manager, which we still didn't get after 6 months of waiting.
This is by far the worst experience we ever had in many years of travelling through the Germany and around the world.
The room was warm and cosy and comfortable.
The breakfast was nice and the staff were very welcoming and friendly.
There is a restaurant on site.. which has plenty of choice
Highelly recomended. Bra ställe att övernatta på, nära in till centrum lugnt område, gratis parkering
I forgot my toothpaste and asked a woman with a manager tag if she could help. She said yes, then took the little tube of toothpaste out of a toothbrush set and gave it to me. Since I would stay in the hotel for 3 nights, I asked for another one. She promptly said no and suggested me to get it at the supermarket nearby. I think a simple NO at the beginning would have made me feel better.
There were two bottles of free sparkling water when I checked in. But the supply would not be refilled in the following days after I finished the first two. And there was shower gel in room but no shampoo.
Not so sure what the hotel wants to achieve with such stinginess.
So I confirm with address details and ask if I can relay number over phone. When they respond - and I do give details, I get an e-mail the next day to say "sorry dude, the room we reserved is gone".
All in all - it's probably a good thing since I got a better hotel elsewhere in Erlangen.
Be wary.

"Rooms are very quiet, because of the quiet area, but some of them have a wonderful terrace. It is very useful when it is sunny day in winter or autumn. So if you are booking through phone, ask about terrace you might possibly get"Read full review
