We stayed here 2 nights. We booked double studio.. first night unfortunately we had 2 single beds. The friendly guy on the front desk said he'd see if he could get us a double for our 2nd night. He remembered and we got sorted the next day .. great customer service on that score! The 2nd night studio was nicer...

We stayed here for 6 nights and it was great. The appartment was big enough, clean. The kitchen had everything you need, the bathroom was also great. The staff was really firendly. Even though we arrived hours before the check in time, we could check in. The tram station was couple of minutes away. our appartment had the garden view...

We booked this apartment because of its reviews - unfortunately when we arrived the key safe did not open and we could not get access to the property. We called all 4 (four!!!) given mobile numbers mentioned next to the entrance door but none of the 4 numbers was answered. We left several messages but nobody called back. It was...

Two friends and I stayed in a two bedroom apartment. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen which was fully equipped was very convenient for us to prepare meals as we stayed in Munich for three weeks. Peter at the front desk was very helpful with directions and even German to English translation on medicine dosage for my friend. The...

Out of hours key machine was easy to use (don't forget your code!). We had a twin "comfort plus" room which was a perfect size for the two of us. In the room theres a handy guide to local supermarkets and shops. The kitchen had all appliances you could want for a week or so. The shower was pretty decent....

Stayed here with a large group for Oktoberfest. It was one of only options for accommodation despite booking 11 months in advance due to popularity of the beer festival. We block booked several apartments to accommodate the 24 of us. Not bad value for money, but very basic. Although that was all we needed as we spend most of our...

We booked here in 4 persons, we got the "007" room ... it is half underground, but don't be scared about it: once you get in, you won't believe to your eyes. 8 beds, rooms extremely BIG, wonderful kitchen, two big LCD televisions, a wonderful bathroom with two showers. I don't know if we got a special price (I think...

we really enjoyed staying at this hotel. the staff was friendly, the room was big and clean with a small kitchen and a TV. one has to pay for WIFI if necessary. the hotel is close to the subway. make sure you have some cash as the subway ticket automat doesn't accept credit cards.

“It's needed to insert your key in the socket to switch on the electricity in the whole apartment. If you share the apartment with someone, it's problematic to leave for some time and get back inside independently, because you get only one key and it should stay in the socket in order for the electricity to be switched on. Ask for two keys.”
