Great location if exploring Marienplatz and Hoffbrau Haus etc. friendly reception, staff. We stayed in a smaller room, but it had a heated towel bar and nice toiletries. Bed comfortable, linens crisp.

The overall experience is really nice, the staff members are friendly and efficient, whatever you've been promised, you'll get it. The hotel location is simply great and I actually like that it's not too close to Marienplatz, hence, it's a bit quieter over there. Lights in my room were a little bit dim and there's a music feed into your room, to shut it down, there's a switch in the bathroom.

Such a vibe! Room was spacious, clean and well furnished. Loved the amenities and the young/modern mood. Staff were great. Highlight was the rooftop bar, we had such a great time. Hotel is in the centre of town and walking distance to the train station. Lift access was a plus with our big bags!

Very nice , very clean, lovely welcome drink, and very helpful friendly staff. Excellent location, good air conditioning. It's a very minimalistic design, so much so, it's a bit impractical, with lack of table area's and storage for cases etc. The bathroom, is lovely although I'm not a fan of the shower room, as it get everything wet. I was a bit disappointed that there was no fridge to chill drinks, but the bar on the 5th floor were very accommodating. quite expensive at €880 for 3 persons for 3 nights, without breakfast.

Location of hotel is amazing, a short walk to Marienplatz. The rooftop bar is very nice. This hotel is listed on Trip Advisor as a 4-star hotel. The following are minor items, but I expected a bit more from a hotel rated at 4 stars. Carpets throughout hotel are a bit stained and worn. When we entered our room, there was a half drank bottle of water on the table and we found a random paper folded into our bedsheets. The shower had no door and when we showered, water got all over the bathroom floor, which made it a bit slippery and unsafe. We also had to use all the showers to mop up the water on the floor. The complimentary shampoo and body wash had a very strong, unpleasant smell. The air conditioning was not running as it should have and didn’t cool the room down. The safe was on the floor and hard to get to without laying on the floor to operate. There was only one trash bin in the room and no tissues or conditioner for hair. Despite the hotel not being what we expected, the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating when we had a request.

First impression was good, check in at the open bar/restaurant on the top floor was cool and interesting. Receptionist was very kind. Welcome drinks upon check in is a nice touch! 5 star location - less than a 5 minute walk to Marienplatz. Unfortunately, beyond this first impression I was disappointed. Heading to the room, the hallway carpet is stained/dirty. The room was spacious but the decor is….odd. I guess I just didn’t get the look, from the truck tire footrest to the burlap cloth headboard to the strange and only piece of artwork on the wall (see pics). I think it’s supposed to be an industrial look but instead looks more like abandoned/unfinished and hodgepodge. The walls need paint and there were a lot of scuff marks. The throw rug was stained. Very strange dim lighting everywhere. Some of the fixtures look like those LED emergency lights on fire alarms. Poor lighting made it especially hard to see in the bathroom. Bathroom has no style, similar to what you might find in a public restroom - small white tile all around. Also, only a half glass wall separates the shower from the rest of the bathroom (this does seem to be common in Europe but doesn’t change the fact that the entire bathroom is soaking wet after a shower). Balcony is cold and unwelcoming with a chicken wire fence/wall - something more creative and pleasing could have been done there. I’m sorry to say, the amount I paid to stay there did not match the quality. Could be so much better with some updates, style, and fresh paint & carpeting. However, based on previous reviews in which people brought up similar issues, it seems none of the improvements have been done. That’s unfortunate.

I had an awful room -- dark and stuffy, cheaply furnished, with only a tiny window looking out into a noisy alleyway (deliveries at 5 am). The lighting was so poor I could barely find stuff in my suitcase. The bed was tightly wedged in an alcove -- the only way to get into it was to crawl in from the foot side. The rain shower head didn't work, and I couldn't get the AC to work either. I wouldn't recommend the hotel, but on the plus side the location is central and the staff seemed nice.

Loved it! Full of tiny suprimes to delight guests and make your stay more enjoyable. Staff: incredibly friendly and attentive. I was offered a welcome and check-out beverage (water, coffee, tea), ability to check in/out online, they have a virtual concierge which gives good suggestions! I visited again in the evening, where there was a nice vibe, and again received great service throughout. Location: 3 min from Marienplatz, 10-20min walk to museums and other restaurants. Only downside is you are in a city center, so I would suggest to bring ear buds. The glass cleaners came at 4am! Rooms: super clean, the bed and sheets are very comfy, the music in the bathrooms (which can be turned off) is a nice touch. Modern bathroom with the basic amenities you need. Overall, I loved it and hope to return! Thank you!

Trendy-vibe boutique hotel 2 blocks off Marien Platz. The gray, subtley-marked entrance is easy to miss. Staff are nice (especially the woman working 14Dec2022 morning); welcome drink very welcome. Rooms are very small, no fridge/coffee maker/rope/slippers, but comfortable enough.
