This hotel has no air conditioning which in summer leaves you with no option but to open the double glazed window . Unfortunately being located above a noisy street with a bar that operates until late at night makes sleep impossible . There are rooms away from the street but despite requesting a quiet room I was not given one....

Location is ideal, close to shops & main train station which are within 5 mins. A comfortable bed & clean room. Breakfast was very good & large variety. Some staff could have been more friendly, no mini bar or refrigerator but not a big issue. Charged WiFi per day/per device in this era is unfair. Has no A/C in room...

We booked this as married couple with adult son. The single bed for him was a portable single bed which did the job for 4 nights but could have been bigger. Clean good size room. No tea/coffee making facility or fridge. Some of the staff could have been more welcoming and friendly. Only one wss what I would say was...

Really a good price and very close to downtown and subway. The facility are clean, the management team is professional. Problem: Stachus is full of non-germanic people. The hotel has no parking, please leave the car out of downtown.

Close to main train station is why I chose this hotel. Subway out the front door. Our room overlooked the main road. Room hot so opened Windows so road noise. Used ear plugs. Plenty of food shops. Yes homeless around but they don't hurt. Walked around back of hotel to find a shop. Don't recommend doing this at a night...

We had three rooms in Hotel Stachus - a single, a twin and a double. All rooms were spotlessly clean and looked to be recently renovated. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't eat breakfast there as there were plenty of other options locally. The hotel is situated on a busy street and this is great for transport, dining...

Stayed for eight nights so we could take day trips from station and by tour buses, which you can catch very close by, opposite the station. As most people say, it's close to everything but area has a lot of homeless within feet of the hotel, although they don't bother you. The area is also very dirty but seems safe...

I stayed here for 2 nights in June (2016), and the experience was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. I spent 2 weeks in Germany and this was the first place that had a tub in the room. The hotel is close to the transit system so it is easy to get anywhere in Munich. The neighborhood had more...
