We stayed here for a night in July of 2016 and were pleased to be the recipients of a nice upgrade. We were lodged in room 062 on the top floor and had a spectacular view over the rooftops of Munich. The room was a bit too high-tech in some respects, but I guess that's what makes the hotel so...

My wife, daughter and I stayed at Derag Living hotel Viktualienmarkt from 30/6 - 3/7. We booked through their website some 3 months prior and booked a deluxe double apartment. We booked this room as we required a larger room with a kitchenette as we were travelling with our 1 year old and wanted the extra space and kitchen facilities....

Nice hotel; great location. It has a slightly odd arrangement on buildings which means you have to go into one to get into another via a long mirrored corridor. The room was great, nice entire-wall-window (not much of a view though) The only disappointment was the kitchenette, well, more of a cupboard with a kettle and hob. There were no...

A real find in every way as Derag LivingHotel couldn't be more ideal. Location is just the best, walking distance from everything worth seeing and experiencing in Munich Old town. So conveniently located 10minutes walk from the Marienplatz where the S Bahn, train, has a stop from the Munich airport and it only costs 10.80 Euros one way. All the...

I was very disappointed with this hotel. The confirmation of my reservation describes a room with kitchenette, microwave and crockery set. The room I stayed in had none of that despite telling reception that was not the room I had booked. Besides I had to go down to the front desk three times to replace the room card key since...

Stayed here for two nights with friends and enjoyed our stay very much. Location could not be better and staff were very friendly. The room was nice and big but did not like the pillows and had to request for more. Of course it has a high price tag but the central location is worth paying extra for. Overall great...

Initially we were very pleased with this hotel as the location is so great and it was modern and clean. However, after one night of no AC and despite telling reception about this 3x and 3 reassurances it would be taken care of, by he end of the second day it was not. This was disappointing as it is not...

The hotel is located in the center of Munich across Marienplatz! The subway is 5 mins away and Neus Rathaus is right by the subway as well. Everything is a hop and a skip away. What makes this places so special? The staff! They are one of the most polite, knowledgeable, hospitable and friendly people we have met in our...

Easy to get to from the airport, as the hotel is near Marienplatz station, which has direct trains to the airport. Location on Viktualienmarkt is great. The rooms are very modern, with adjustable "softness" of the beds and touch-pad light controls. The light controls are a great idea in principle, but they glow overnight which disturbed our sleep and we...
