We had 2 rooms and the kitchenettes are very small, so we had one room cooking certain parts of the meal and the other room the other. It works. The only problem is, there is really no where to sit down for a meal as the tables are different in each room and room is quite small.
I wouldn't discredit this hotel for this reason only unless you find a self contained apartment at a good price.

We don't have a shuttle from and to the airport.
There is an other way to get from the airport to the hotel.
Downstairs at the airport, you will find the S-Bahn. Take the S8, this will take you to the East trainstation (Ostbahnhof) in 35 minutes. From the east train station ist is only 500 meters away from the hotel. Make sure you buy the ticket at the DB stand upstairs at the airport.
An airport day ticket for 1 Person is € 12.80, and for a group un till 5 persons € 23,90. Whit this ticket you can drive with the public transportation the rest of the day inside Munich.
