Short city break at the Eder. Excellent location for walking around the sights of Munich. Lovely, clean and friendly hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Very good breakfast.

Hi Dean, its very central for all the shops, history and transport. Excellent really. Would recommend the grayline bus to see all the sights.

No. This is a 2-star hotel, and you'll only find air conditioning in 4-star or 5-star properties in Munich. There was a fan in the room, though, and that was plenty good for temperatures in the 30s C.
