Pleasant and efficient staff on reception desk.
Small hotel centrally located close to central railway station.
Small rooms are well refurbished and very clean.
Only significant negative is noise from street adjacent to hotel.

I saw only a few places, maybe the have more underground, you better call at the hotel for the parking place, but you do not need car in Munich, its a waiste of time. You have a super super super infrastructure and you can go where you want with S Bahn and U Bahn, tram or Bus.
