* Lovely helpful, friendly staff, always smiling & clearly proud to be working at the hotel * Beautiful german traditional food (and Schnapps!) in the restaurant * Perfect location for the International Congress Centre -- a 15 min walk but much more peaceful/lovely area than right next to the centre * Comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms/hotel * Interesting combination of...

If you're looking for a place to rest this hotel is right for you. Rooms are big enough and clean, service is really good. We really liked it because it's not in the straight centre of Munich and it's quiet enough.

This hotel is just outside Munich and easily reachable via the S2. It is a lovely little suburb with a very nice hotel. The rooms have plenty of space and very nice bathrooms. Family of four will need two rooms as so typical for the area. The breakfast is scrumptious with a large variety. The staff is friendly and courteous....

The hotel is slightly outside of central Munich, accessible by a 30 minute travel from the centre (walk and train). The hotel provides a standard Hotel setting with warm and comfortable rooms. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable and the staff were very helpful when asked questions. Even arranging a complimentary driver to take us to the local shopping centre...

We are a couple from Greece visiting Munich with a twelve year old son and loved every minute of our stay. Arrived on Saturday with no specific plans and finally departed on Tuesday. Reception helpful and efficient. Room we were offered was ideal. If you want to be with and without your child (ren), ask for 104. Two rooms divided...

Dear Parusudis! Want to say a thousand thanks for your kind words. We do not have a pool - that's true. But when I hear how much you felt good, I am very happy. We got it without swimming. Come back soon! Room 104 is waiting for you. Elisabeth Petermaier, manager

I visited restaurant in this hotel. It has Michelin star for year 2016. Professional service. I ordered Münchner burger. The best burger I have ever eaten. Before the meal they serve small starter, which is very good, too. American Express accepted

First the reasons for not giving HP 5 stars: By US standards, the room was on the small size and being on the 3rd (top) floor, the ceiling sloped down toward the window wall presenting a bit of a hazard for this 6 ft tall American. I banged my head pretty hard twice will maneuvering around the bed to open...

For heaven's sake - dear M8Austin - you definitely booked the wrong room category! Please come back - next time directly speak to us and book a higher category. Then please let us know you need a bed in excess and above all else a blanket in extra long version. All of this is available in the house. It is...

Small but very convenient hotel with nice restaurant and spa. Try the new rooms . 220 is a good example. Breakfast is great. I will repeat for sure . Very close to Messe Munich and not far from city and airport Nice and dedicated staff I always have the impression to be in a family owned hotel.

Your words are highly motivating the whole team. We totally appreciate your praise of our new rooms. Room #220 you have highlighted actually is the favorite room of our Front Desk manager, so she is particularly pleased. Unfortunately, your words are better than your rating. We will do everything to ensure that you give us the full points next time....

This hotel was wonderful. I attended a conference at the ICM Congress, and compared to the hotels that were slightly closer, I definitely won! The building and setting in the little town are charming with an old-fashioned European air, and although I was there in December, the garden is beautiful. The full breakfast was delicious and more than adequate (I...
