I stayed with my family and we had two rooms with ensuite bathrooms, one of them rather spacey, with a small balcony, oriented to the inner block and very quiet, the other one a bit smaller and though oriented to the main street still ok for good sleep. Both rooms were clean and decently equipped. On the other hand the...

We stayed here on a stag do recently and it was a great base for seeing Munich. Its close to the tram (17) and the s bahn that goes right into the city centre. Breakfast was good, the staff friendly and helpful. Drawback: we were in rooms with a shared shower, but there was only one on floor one for...

Hotel in an old building, breakfast room totally new and nice. Good breakfast. No parking, but outside you can find easely. Rooms very quiete. Sometimes you get 3 beds even if you ask for 1. But no problem. For that price you cannot get it much better.

PROS: -The hotel was nice and clean, and quiet enough to sleep well at night. -Breakfast had a nice variety, in a very (seemingly) new dining hall on the first floor: bread, cheese, ham, veggies, fruit, juice, yogurt, cereal, and coffee/tea. CONS: -Shared bathroom/shower. Had to be strategic about when to take your showers. -Poor Wi-Fi. My room had no...

Not exactly a hotel, actually a guesthouse taking 2 floors of a residential, period property, the Brecherspitze has well-appointed rooms for a 2 star. Rooms are clean and come complete with a work desk, while mine had a window opening towards the leafy graveyard across the street. Breakfast was rich in options, even for a vegetarian like myself, while the...

Having spent a lovely few days with my wife and daughter in Salzburg, I booked this hotel at the last minute to give us 24hrs in Munich before flying out. The price was double what we paid for Salzburg and having to pay just to have your own bathroom is less than impressive. I've subsequently looked up the price of...

We chose this hotel due to everything else was booked inner city for Oktoberest and it was rated nicely. It is really really close to the tram station, so we were able to get downtown Munich in about 15 minutes to attend Oktoberfest. Quiet area which was nice. Staff was very friendly. The room reeked of cigarette smoke so badly...

I really like the location of this place. Very quiet district with tram 17 just in front taking you to everywhere in 15 min. Though shared bathroom with basin in the room. There's paint smell in the room.

Stayed here with our two teens and we all enjoyed it. Bathrooms (men/women) down the hall were clean and never in use (used by one person at a time). Breakfast was great--lots of food and huge variety. Check-in/out was very easy and quick. We were given key to the front door of the building and there are restaurants in the...

Room was nice enough and tidy, and bathrooms good even though they are down the corridor. Good breakfast. Nothing bad to say about the hotel, but location is in a quiet neighbourhood. Finding restaurants near is a challenge and the same goes for shopping. Take tram, U-bahn or a S-bahn to city center, they take just a few stations to...
