Detailed Reviews
We stayed here on our first night in Europe, honestly we mostly choose it for the very reasonable rate but also because it's not too far from the tourist part of Nuremberg (next time I'd probably book something more central though).
Other than some initial trouble with parking (see below) and the clerks being a little slow we had a decent night's stay but I don't think I'd go back.
Clerks were friendly and spoke English, in the evening you can order a pizza and drink at the desk but there's not a sit down restaurant perse. We'd booked a larger size queen room and there was a comfortable bed and a sitting area with a very small love seat (I found a baby pacifier in it so that was kind of gross!). We actually had a kitchen but they didn't have any Kitchen ware and the fridge never cooled down.
The bathroom was my least favorite part of the room: all one large room with a curtain separating the shower area. Absolutely no counter space so we had to use the floor. There was a all in one soap dispenser for showering, washing your hair and your hands.
Breakfast is extra but we booked an included rate for not much more and it was very nice with a everything from pancakes to a salad bar (yeah salad for breakfast!) and eggs.
It was about a 30 ninute walk to the beautiful old part of Nuremberg, not super scenic for the first 20 minute but quite flat and nice enough. There was a Subway station across the street too.
I wasn't terribly impressed but am giving 4 stars because it wasn't awful and was very reasonable ( we paid $88 Euros a night with breakfast although parking was extra).
We were driving and very confused by parking. We tried parking on the street until we could check in and ask about the garage but street parking is limited and they don't seem to have anywhere you can pull in while checking in. We tried the garage ourselves but couldn't get it to open even though the clerk said it should have (once we had a room key it was easy). There's a parking lot for a grocery store across the street and I'd suggest using that. Parking is 17 Euros a night and there were plenty of spaces.

An excellent hotel, 1.5 kilometers from the center of Nuremberg. The rooms are clean and tidy. Nothing to complain about. The staff is also happy to help you.
It is striking that we were not bothered by noise (we slept at the rear).
A point of attention may be the sustainable character. You can hang a card with the green side on the doorknob, so the room does not have to be cleaned. As a thank you you will receive a free drink. But....... then you must have indicated in advance that you want extra service. Something unknown to us.
It might be an idea to write on the card "Only available if you have cleaning service".

Our room was clean. Unfortunately, the second set of bedding was simply left on the shelf and not made up, even though the room was booked as a double room. This meant that the second set of towels, which we had bought at reception, was also missing. The stairwell had certainly not seen a vacuum cleaner, broom or anything else in the last few weeks. It was pretty dirty. The breakfast buffet was extensive. Unfortunately, there was no big selection on the first day, just one jam and one salami, the rest had already been used up. The handle on the cornflakes had already broken off. On the second day, the sausage was already starting to ripple, it was so fresh. As I said, I have already stayed in other hotels in the chain and have been very satisfied so far. There are charging stations in the underground car park, which is something that is missing in the Esslingen hotel, for example. However, with the underground parking space, €17 per night, you already pay for the electricity. This is great and must be praised. To the management, you have a beautiful house so make sure that the cleanliness in the stairwell improves and that attention is paid to the small but fine details in the breakfast area.

Check-in/check-out was problem-free, but overall the staff's competence left a lot to be desired.
Approx. 35 parking spaces for over 200 hotel rooms, so there is almost never a parking space near the hotel. The breakfast buffet is almost always empty, no matter what time it is (6:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.). Daily room cleaning could have been omitted, as only the trash can was emptied. The curtains were not done properly, nor were the towels changed. In conclusion: think twice about whether you want to sleep in a hotel that is modern but riddled with incompetence for that price. 80% of the staff there are very unfriendly and listless. But if you want to try, good luck.

Effasy enough to find, on an industrial estate, you can park outside, without needing to spend extra on the parking garage. Check in staff were efficient as was the bar staff. Be aware you cannot put drinks on your bill, you have to pay everytime.
The room was nice enough but there was no kettle. One is availible from reception if you pay a deposit! They also only provided one bath towel, an oversight I guess.
There is a REWE opposite, were we had breakfast. The place is ok but will win no prizes from us.

Hello, I made the reservation through an app, when I arrived, a young guy helped me, it would be 9:30 p.m. on Monday, September 4. I asked him if there was somewhere to get something to eat, he replied that the hotel restaurant was already closed. I asked him, somewhere nearby? He responded rudely that he didn't know. I asked him if there was somewhere to leave the car, he replied that the hotel has parking and it costs 12 euros, he didn't want to tell me that just 50 meters away there is a free parking until 8 in the morning and with the blue disc you have 3 hours extras. I asked him if there was a cable to charge the mobile phone, since I forgot mine and at this time I couldn't buy one. Again he responded very dryly, we don't have that. Surely there is a drawer full of people who forget them, anyway they cost a euro or two. The rooms are modern and clean. But the customer service is terrible, to say the least. So much style and so modern, but no idea about customer service. I won't come back even for free. The night before I was at a Hilton hotel in Düsseldorf, and the difference is huge. For the same price and breakfast included. They should look for reception professionals and not stuck-up brats.

Pros: nice rooms, close to the Ubahn. A new and feesh looking hotel
Cons: we paid 6000 euro for 4 persons fpr 6 nights. Upon check in we were told that since we paid only for the cheap version, then we would only get cleaning one time during our stay? This was NOT agreed upon my booking, and I was clearly not happy with this. One of my colleagues did not get cleaning at all.
When we checked out, we were charged twice for parking, and staff could not return the money, so we are awaiting to see if we get the money back or not?
Staff at front desk was not welcoming at all… staff at breakfast was smiling and welcoming us.
An average experience in a nice new hotel.

Traveled alone due to the companion's illness. It's fine that the full room price has to be paid. However, the fact that you also had to pay for breakfast for both of you (since you booked it online) is a real shame and not exactly customer-friendly. Even after several attempts, it was not possible to find a solution (e.g. voucher). Although I liked the room, that's what sticks with me and unfortunately gets talked about when it comes to the trip...

We liked the hotel, it was lovely and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the old town, with it being only a 15 minute walk. The beds were nice and comfy, however the pillows were not. The head pillows were the only thing that let this hotel down, they were really uncomfortable and left us with neck ache in the morning, this would be the only thing to improve upon. Overall a really good hotel and would stay again.

The room was wonderful, the breakfast delicious, but we had an unfortunate bad experience with the service. We did the online check-in though the app and pay beforhand. When arriving at the reception they said that the online system was nog working properly and that we had to pay again. few days later I checked my bankaccount and saw there was indeed a double payment. Since the I have send mails and made phonecalls but there was no response whatsoever. I recommend staying at the hotel, but do NOT use the online check-in.
