Detailed Reviews
I’ll start with the positives of this hotel: we were really happy with the location! Access to the tram literally right outside the front door was perfect. We also found it was in walking distance to the Christmas Markets, an Aldi and a coffee shop! Some short comings for us were the self checkin for after hours, in theory this would be excellent…BUT the touch screen was horrendous, after our flight being delayed we did not arrive until about 3am instead of 11pm so we were already tired and then having to spend at least 20 minutes trying to type in our reservation info was extremely aggravating. The keyboard kept disappearing and then reappearing, adding/erasing letters on its own… again great in theory but the execution was just not there. The room appeared to be clean however for the few days we were there we noticed a strange smell from the shower portion of the bathroom and it just didn’t seem to be the cleanest. There was also a stain on one of the comforters in the room upon checking at arrival, with no one at the desk at night we just had to not use it. We’ve stayed at B&B hotels and are generally happy with the experience given the price. I’m sure it was just that particular room however, we probably wouldn’t stay again unless only for a night at a low price. Again, the location was great but overall experience was a bit lower than usual, hopefully was just a one off due to the busy time of year.

We stayed for one night at this hotel just outside the centre of Nuremberg on a long drive across Europe. The hotel has underground parking (surcharge), the staff is very friendly. We arrived late in the evening and checked in online, before reaching the hotel, so we didn't have to wait once we arrived. The room and bathroom are small, but there is everything you need. The shower is well done, with walk in. The only flaws, in my opinion, concern the darkening at night (poor, better to bring the mask to sleep) and the fact that, with bathroom and shower in two small separate rooms, they are closed by a single sliding door, so either you close the bathroom or you close the shower. There is also the possibility to have breakfast (extra) although in my opinion the price is high.

It was a very pleasant stay. Clean hotel , nice staff. I loved the spacious and great breakfast room with a nice and healthy sustainable breakfast as well. The comfort room is such an amazing experience with the large double bed and the waterfall shower. Definitely a must in the city 🏙️

I write this review a little late but I hope it will be well received.
For me it is always a pleasure to return to this hotel which has now become my point of reference in Nuremberg. The courtesy and education of the staff are very important features, not to mention the cleanliness of the common areas of the rooms and bathrooms. Not to mention the quality of the truly exceptional sleep! Particularly noteworthy is the truly majestic breakfast, rich and plentiful for all tastes.
My next stay in Nuremberg will definitely be here again!

I was attacked by a hotel guest under the pretext that my dog was bothering him in the restaurant. While the receptionist and the lady who worked there saw no problem in him being present since we paid 12€ extra at the reception of our room! We couldn't eat because he asked us to move out, we paid €12 for breakfast not to eat! I won't come back again, it wasn't very pleasant and frankly zero reaction from the staff! It says dogs are allowed but when we get attacked there's no one there.

We did make a booking, but due to an incorrect time for a trade fair we were unable to keep the reservation for several rooms. Unfortunately we were denied a cancellation due to conditions during trade fair times and we were left with most of the room costs. Very unaccommodating policy and unfriendly telephone service. Our problem... This is not how you treat guests who book privately... No positive points to report... Be careful when booking if you are unable to travel... It is better to book another hotel that does not insist on payment in an "emergency" and where goodwill is not a foreign word. We will not book here again!

It was very kind of them to let us store our purchases (Bulgarian products) in the hotel fridge for 2 nights.
What was less pleasant was that we only got 2 of the 6 "Lukanka" sausages back.
This suggests that the hotel staff - presumably from the Balkans - are firstly well acquainted with the quality of these sausage specialties, but secondly unfortunately don't get enough to eat.
We don't allow ourselves to judge the moral suitability of this staff, of course.
But the initial temptation to stay in this hotel again has greatly diminished.
And unfortunately, we won't be able to recommend it either.
