We spent a night on a family road trip through Germany. Great location, very friendly staff, felt like family, though still very professional. We had the "funnel" junior suite, which was spacious and very well-equipped. While we appreciate historic places, the risk with themed hotels is always that they have a bit of a Theme Park fell. At Drei Raben, they strike a perfect balance: each room has a story to tell, though it still feels authentic and not intrusive. Also, the staff is wonderful. They really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. They took their time to give us great tips for a quick visit to Nuremberg's old town, and they managed to book a table in a lovely typical restaurant, which is not so easy due to Bavarian Corona restrictions. Worth every penny.

We traveled alot of places in Germany in a rental car and even now, months later I get excited thinking about our stay at this great establishment. Not only was it amazingly located, but the hotel staff were amazing as well. Wine reception! History lesson in our room about the decor! Wonderful view out of our window! To top it off, it was raining when we left and the owner gave us an umbrella (which I sadly left in the airport).

I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Very short walk from the train station and right in the center. 5 minute walk to everything museums, market square great restaurants. Very friendly. You are offered a beer or wine every night of your stay.breakfast included. they almost can’t do enough for you.. very accommodating. And friendly. There is an elevator to rooms. Air con as well.. it’s amazing. Don’t’ hesitate to book here. Great service and rooms are cool cuz they all have themes.. having stayed in Nurnberg many times over 5 different hotels, i would rate this as one of the best for price location and service. You will not be disappointed

Characterful hotel in the most positive sense. Great COVID precautions, for example even small portions of breakfast ingredients (sausage, cheese, fruit salad, cereals, vegetables, butter etc.) are prepared in small glasses with glas lids.

We found this enchanting boutique hotel on TA and booked it for our first night in Germany before a week-long Christmas Markets cruise. Our only regret was not staying longer. The location close to the pedestrian zone was perfect yet the room was surprisingly quiet.
All the staff were very helpful but Ralf deserves special mention for being so very attentive. His guidance on the best places to see in town was great (especially securing the reservation for us at Bohm's Herrenkeller restaurant, which was outstanding).
The wine served in the hotel in the evening was enjoyable and the breakfast was excellent.
We would definitely return - highly recommended!

This hotel was highly rated and we quickly learned why. It is in a great location, only a short walk from the hotel. It was close to the Christmas markets and there were bratwurst and glühwein stands along the street almost right in front of the hotel. The room was well stocked including a coffee machine which always makes me happy. The staff were incredible and they booked us into a nice Italian restaurant for dinner where they had their own staff Christmas party. The breakfast is very nice with everything served in little small convenient jars. The vibe is fun and funky with red shag carpet in the hallways. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

My husband and I were on our honeymoon (a tour of about 5 destinations in Germany) and we stayed at this hotel in Nuremberg. Right away the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the room was stunning - they even have little stories or myths for every room! We were offered an upgrade and took it gladly, happy to take advantage of the classy and spacious bathtub in the new room.

The room itself was very comfortable with great views and had every amenity we needed (including AC since it got up to 32-33° C while we were there). The breakfast (included) was simple but delicious and the staff invited us to sample some of the wine they had available. It was a fabulous experience and made the whole leg of the trip 110%

If/when I come back to Nuremberg, this is the first place I'd look to stay.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel located just within the 'Altstadt", easily walkable from the train station and close to points of interest in the city. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. Our room was clean, quiet, comfortable and had a 'fussball' table as a bonus! The breakfast was one of the best we've experienced in terms of quality of offerings and their presentation. Bonus is having a 'happy hour', offering a complementary drink... great for meeting friends before heading out for the evening. Can highly recommend this hotel...will make sure your stay is a wonderful experience.

We stayed here for 4 nights and we couldn’t be happier. The hotel is in a great location with a short walk from the train station but in the center of the old town with mostly pedestrian walking areas. Many good restaurants and lots of shopping close by. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was terrific and they will even do laundry for a fee. Each room has a different theme, we were in the Toy room where you are encouraged to write or draw on the walls! Would definitely stay here again.

Be it business or pleasure, this hotel is without doubt just perfect. Small family run business that will just spoil you. Tell me where you'll find a hotel these days that doesn't look for a credit card at booking or on arrival, and still provide a full mini bar in the room.

Their attention to detail is exceptional. Each room is an artistic masterpiece, in fact the art and design throughout is so quaint. The history of the building is a story in itself. The staff are just so amazing too.

I can easily say its the best hotel I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in thousands, and the price is so reasonable. I guarantee you will not be disappointed if you stay here.
