Having stayed at a number of Motel One across Germany, this is yet another one of the uniformly elegant and affordable Motel One hotels. As is always the case with Motel One hotels, the room is on the small side, but very comfortable, clean and elegantly furnished and very reasonably priced. What did set this particular hotel apart, though, are...

Easy parking, not in the very centre but close enough (15 minute walk) so it's just fine. Like most chain hotels there's no surprises. It's up to the standard (rather casual) and provided very comfy beds which is what we value most. Other little things are less important. Limited toiletries (not complaining but all you'll find is two-in-one shower/hair gel),hair...

I guess I'll write in English instead of German. First of all, it was affordable and looked more expensive than it costed. The interior design is remerkable, I admire how they achieved a luxurious look with less money. We booked a double room with additional bed and it occured that the room was so small that you could barely move,...

Inside, this is a fairly typical Motel One, with your Artemide Tolomeo bedside lamps et al (I'm sure they get a volume discount, but it's nice to have the designer furniture), though the entrance lounge is a bit smaller than usual, not a total tragedy (though certainly the worst Motel One I've ever been inside, and I've been to at...

Recently spent a week in Nuremberg and stayed at Motel One Plarrer. great ambiance both in the lobby and rooms, clean lines and updated decor. Breakfast daily had a good variety and very filling, fabulous coffee. The front desk service was fabulous, very helpful, spoke great English and always friendly. Rooms were decent size and the fireplace TV was a...

This is a very basic hotel, but at a very affordable price. The rooms are small, but clean and quite stylish. They are equipped with the most basic; bed, TV, small desk. There is no closet or drawers so no need to unpack your luggage. The bathroom is small, so small in fact the sink has been placed outside next...

Coming January will be my forth time in Motel One. I stay there every year during the Toyfair. A minimalistic hotel that's clean and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Very close to an U-bahn stop. The Alt-stadt is about 10min walk from away.

A great place to stay in a large city, Access to all city sites, shopping, restaurants! Very clean, breakfast for 7 euros was great! I am hoping that motel one comes to the USA. Great road trip motel. Not to be confused with motel 6. Would stay again when traveling to Germany!

This is the most spartan hotel I have ever stayed. There is no phone, clock, iron or coffee maker in the room. No pool or gym. That said it wasn't bad. The staff were friendly and efficient. The continental breakfast was traditional for Europe. The walls of the old city were only a 10 minute walk. The bar was open...

I have stayed at both Motel One locations in Nürnberg several times and always had a good experience. This Motel One is in great walking distance to the city center, has functional rooms, and a good breakfast in the morning. Internet access it free in the lobby and reasonable in the room. There are a few things that I personally...
