Always love returning here - warm, friendly , they have nice Romantik rooms if you want a relaxed lager space - walking distance from centre of town - trams are close by - sad they closed their lovely restaurant but plenty of options to stroll around for food Sit in the atrium and enjoy breakfast- get away from the standard,...

English will follow.

I like this hotel, it has a cosy family atmosphere however, during my most recent visit I had a room overlooking the road. This is not good. The noise of the trams rolling through this old town really isn't pleasant. I was on the top floor and every tram that went past reverberated through the structure of the building....and the...

The hotel has very friendly staff, a cozy atmosphere and is an ideal place for private visits. The only problem you may encounter is traffic noise, especially the heavy tramway passing directly on one side of the hotel. This can be avoided if you choose a quiet room on the rear side of the hotel. There you have a choice...

We stayed here one night on a small group tour. Check in and check out were painless and staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was room 12 on the 1st floor (rooms are sequentially numbered so don't make assumptions about the floor a room is on). The room was very comfortable and a good size - we were...

This is a delightful, traditional hotel in the city. It is well placed for exploring. The staff are very friendly and incredibly helpful. We have stayed here several times and would not think of going anywhere else in Augsburg. Our room had been refurbished but had not lost its traditional appeal. Breakfast has a good selection and the staff were...

Very friendly front desk, nice room a bit small, but newly and nicely decorated. Everything you need in the room, very clean, great breakfast. Very reasonable price for this hotel that is very close to the main center of town. Not much parking, but they found a spot for us.

The rooms are very nice, but a little old. The hotel in an ok location, not great and not bad, youll have to walk 8 minutes to city center. The breakfast is excelent, and worth the price. If you are with cars come early cause only few parking slots available at the hotel
