Good environment, tasty food, good prices, cheerful persons. We especially appreciated beer and meat. Good quality desserts. We warmly suggest to try this tipical bavarian restaurant. If you visit fussen, you should hace dinner here at least once!

We have stayed at this lovely hotel right in the centre of Fussen many times and it would be unfair if I did not say that we are extremely well aquainted with the tenants of this lovely Olde Worlde building. But I will be honest in my appraisal. Firstly, whenever we arrive in this lovely part of the world, we... More

Great value. No breakfast. You enter the hotel through the kitchen of the restaurant and climb some seriously crooked steps up to the rooms. We shared a bathroom down the hall. Our room was a bit ugly, but very large and clean. The rooms smell like the food from the restaurant. This place is shabby at best for American standards,... More

I spent three nights at this pension. On arrival they told me there was no breakfast included ( they are mainly a restaurant that is not open in the morning - at least in October which is off season here ). I handed them my email confirmation stating that breakfast was included. With no hesitation the woman deducted 5 Euros... More

The Krone has a medieval theme, and we happened to be in Fussen during the Kaiserfest, an annual medieval festival. That may have colored our experience, as the staff was very busy. The room was large and comfortable. The hallways were well-lit and large, but they felt like they had last been decorated in the 1970s. The bathroom was small... More
