Erica, the owner, was there waiting for us when we arrived and was a wonderful, practical hosted throughout our stay. We had a suite for our family of four which was simply decorated but immaculate none the less. The bathroom was of a very high standard (new). Unfortunately the restaurant was closed during our stay but if the breakfast is...

This hotel had a great location, 3 minute walk to the main square. Street parking was organized by the hotel for 3 euro per night. Rooms were a little small and the bathrooms are in need of renovation. Was not the easiest place to find - found ourselves wandering around the town for twenty minutes or so trying desperately to...

We had one night here. The hotel is well located in the marketplatz. Our room was large and adequately furnished with windows looking out on to marketplatz. The floor had a big slope, nothing to be concerned about. The breakfast area is lovely, with a very good selection of cereals, breads, meats, fruit and drinks. Eggs cooked to your liking....

Our stay was perfect - there for 2 nights in the height of tourist season....crowds went home and the evenings were perfect for a stroll after dinner - which the hotel offers! Breakfast, by the way, was plentiful indeed! Our room was on an upper floor and overlooked the main street. Surprisingly, it was sooo quiet. The large room was...

We stayed in the family apartment for 2 nights. As others have said, staff are extremely welcoming and helpful finding free parking spaces. This is a medieval town, and is crammed with tourists. Don't worry about driving in if you have a reservation (otherwise you have to leave your car outside the city walls). Our apartment was very clean, with...

Excellent in every way. Location is a short walk to the marketplatz, and the building and rooms are a charming step back in time. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and varied. The service we received was friendly and hospitable, and the staff speak English very well. Thanks to Erica and the other staff for a lovely stay.

This hotel was exceptional with a lot of Character. We had two rooms for a family of 4. The rooms were very clean and the bathooms were a decent size and appear to have been recently upgraded. The Hotel had a lodge feel to it, is within easy walking of anything inside the town walls. While the hotel was excellent,...

This is a very good hotel, with very friendly staff. My husband and I had a very spacious room overlooking the street, the only negative was that it was a bit noisy at night. This may not always be the case as we had some very hot weather and we wanted to leave the windows open at night. Bathrooms were...

Stayed for two nights to explore the Romantic Road after more than ten years ago. Very friendly and lively staff. They are ready for little jokes and are quick to know it. Room was very cosy in spite of the wacky weather outside. Rothenburg was nice the second time around and the beds and rooms remind you where you are...

The room itself was average, not the most modern, and you can smell food from the restaurant at times. If I remember correctly, there's free wifi but it was slow. It was worth the money though, and the restaurant was very good. Good authentic food at reasonable prices. Very friendly servers. Breakfast was very good and included with the room,...
