I stayed here with my 2 teenage sons in a triple room. The room was spacious, well-appointed and very comfortable. You can control the heating and the windows can be opened (great for those who find European rooms to be a little over-heated). The plate of peanuts (in their shells) and fresh mandarins in the room was a lovely touch...

This hotel is in a great central location. Our rooms were clean and the bathrooms recently renovated. Parking was a bit far from the hotel so pulling luggage across cobble stones was a little inconvenient. Not much variety of food at breakfast but still nice. Would stay here again.

This comfortable hotel has the romantic feel of Rothenburg. We arrived late at night without a reservation and were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our stay. The man at the front desk was very accommodating. We loved the hand painted furniture in the room. Since there were 3 of us, we were surprised they had a room that could fit all...

Nice hotel just a block off the main square. We had a large room on the front. No a/c, but several big windows in the room. Hair dryer. Nicely done breakfast. During a heat wave (like this July) you can get a Coke and big stein of ice from the bar.

The three best things about this hotel are the location, the staff, and the breakfast. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and is near the center of the old town with many nice restaurants nearby. The breakfast is also very good and is served in a lovely room. The rooms are ok- clean but nothing...

The location of this hotel is ideal, a few minutes walk from the centre. It's located in the pedestrian zone so you have to leave your car in the large car park outside the city walls but this isn't a problem because you can drive to the hotel, unload the luggage then drive to the parking which is only about...

The hotel is located very conveniently within the old town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber city walls. Everything is easily within walking distance. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Parking is in a garage a few blocks away, but one of the staff rides with you to the garage to let you in and walks back with you. We had...

Read many of the reviews here and thought this was well worth our visit. We live in Luxembourg and wanted a quick weekend trip into Bavaria and heard Rothenburg odT was a fasintating little place. Hotel Tilman Riemenschneider is a really nice little hotel - I'd prefer to give it 3.5 stars because I think it distinguishes itself from other...

Without a doubt, this is the finest small hotel at which I have ever stayed. The staff couldn't do enough to be of help....English spoken by all. The room large and clean, which included a breakfast with bacon and eggs....good place for dinner too. Located just around the corner from the central town platz, it is well situated for touring...

We stayed in Rothenburg at this lovely hotel in the center of the old town with a typical half-timbered facade for 2 nights. Inside bavarian style with a lot of paintings and woodcarvings. Our twin room was spacious with handpainted beds and wardrobe and a perfect bright and clean bathroom. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious (we had a regional...
