The hotel is charming and the location is excellent. With the prices they have, I didn't expect much so we were extremely positively surprised. The room we stayed in was cute and cozy and everything worked well. The service was very helpful and polite. They helped us with everything we asked and offered always to help even more. If i...

For the last 3 years I have visited Rothenburg ob der Tauber and always stay at this lovely small Hotel. The location is terrific and close to center square. It is located in an old building which generally means lots of stairs. The gentleman that owns the hotel was very helpful and friendly. They serve food which was not expensive and...

It's very well located, in the middle of the old city, with a friendly staff. Since it is an old building, you have to deal with steep stairs. We got a room on the top floor, so luggage was a challenge. But it is a good choice for the old town, for a reasonable price.

The location is terrific just a block or so from main square. Our room was on the very top floor of the building, which required lots of stairs but that was fine. The room itself was atmospheric in the sense it was old and a big quirky- sort of like staying in someone's cool old attic. It was very small...

It's a little bit small but comfortable hotel. The owner is a really good person and nice to talk to. It's kinda old fashioned but that's the hotel's style. It's almost in the center of the city. About a 2-3 minute walk to the main square and everywhere you need to go is near it. The stuff is really good....

Stayed in October for two nights in two different rooms (we loved Rothenburg so much we decided to stay an extra night). Room 16 is on the top floor (stairs!) with a small bathroom with great shower. Room 4 is large, bigger than your average German accommodation with a much bigger bathroom. Worth the extra €6 if these things matter...

I booked this hotel in rothenburg and instantly realised I had booked in the wrong rothenburg.......an easy mistake...within 30 mins I tried to call the hotel no answer, I then realised that despite cancelling on the online booking they took my money out of my account...very fast.... The booking agent agreed that as a genuine mistake they should not have...

Hotel was in an 800 year old building, clean, affordable. Was neat to stay somewhere so old! Lots of stairs to take your bag up. WiFi was free but we couldn't really connect on the top floor due to weak signals
