A good location in the former East Berlin. My spies tell me that this was originally student homes and the way in which the hotel is formed of two separate blocks joined together does seem to confirm this. Nevertheless, the room was a good size by European standards, well-equipped and furnished and immaculately clean. The bathroom was spacious with very... More

This is the worst hotel I have stayed at for some time. The check in staff were unhelpful and almost rude. To get to the room took - at their description - a lift to the 2nd floor, then a very long walk to the end or a long corridor through a number of fire doors, then another lift. When... More

Dear Peter, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your stay wasn’t suit you like you was expected. Mainly we like to apologize that you get the feeling that your staff was rude. I’m sure that this was only cause to a gap in translation. In relation to the others Hotels the nearby, we’ve got quite large rooms.... More

Stayed here for one night because we were flying from Schoenefeld the following morning. Have been in Berlin many times so didn't need to be in the centre this time. We were really pleased with the room and wet room we were allocated. The area was pleasant. We had drinks in Charlie's cocktail bar and had dinner in a lovely... More

Stayed here over new years with my partner. Found the place quite easily from air port, was around 20 euros in taxi. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and very very spaceous! The only problem was the door, found it reallly difficult to get in using the card and lock system. Wasnt explained to us when we first... More

I am staying here for business for 18 days. The rate is about $70 USD. This does not include breakfast which is about another $14 USD. I am not too impressed with this hotel. The rooms are newer and nice but even the internet is not free. You can buy WiFi internet for 4.95 Euros for 24 hours; 19.95 Euros... More

The hotel was fully booked. Staff at reception is completely not interested in doing a good job. I was giving feedback on the room as she didn't ask for it but she didn't pay attention to what I was saying. When I asked her directly if she was interested at all she just said no. The room was on a... More

We stay one week. The room is clean, ok, no problem about this, all good. But just to let you know: there is no freezer and no kleenex. We were on the second floor and it is great that we can open the windows. When we arrived, the staff was ok, but not more. The breakfast was 13€, we didn't... More

A nice place to stay, spacious room and clean. You can get your lunch and even groceries nearby. The location is very close to Humboldt Campus, if you are a student and have your eduroam access, you can even get Wi-Fi connection.

Conveniently located hotel when visiting Humboldt Uni (walking distance from train station as well as Uni). Clean rooms, friendly staff. Supermarket nearby. However extremely expensive WiFi (5€), and no fridge in the room.
