We were here for a long weekend In February. We drove here and it was easy to find. Parking is a nightmare around the area, there is a hotel car park though round the back. The room was lovely, bright and modern, lots of lifts servicing the floors. Bed was great, only thing was the duvets were so thin and...

Cleanliness, breakfast, helpful staff, quite new furniture. Everything was perfect. Very good connection with underground. Maybe it would be better that wifi is included in the price but you have computer in the reception area.

Arrived for a two night stay at the end of February. Unfortunately due to a family bereavement only stayed at this hotel for one evening. Basic but clean and modern hotel. Room a reasonable size, free safe, not great views but the hotel was very budget friendly so can't complain. This hotel was easy to find and close to public...

I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights in March, for business. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Despite not having a restaurant for lunch/dinner (which I thought was weird) I didn't mind too much. The rooms were comfortable and large enough. however, the internet was woefully slow, around 300kbs for 15 Euros is not exactly 21st century speed! The...

There everything was good for the hotel level shown. Room is usual, but it is good; soundprotection is good (except the space under the roomdoor), service, breakfast etc. Very recommended! Just the walls in the room need repainting urgently (room #307 at least)!!! And yes! Wifi is very expensive... about EUR12 \day...

Stayed there for 3 nights in March, was in Berlin for a business trip. The location of the hotel is very convenient, lots of shops, small restaurants and mini-markets around. The rooms are small but comfortable, almost only German TV channels and not the best quality of shampoo/shower gel. The stuff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is...

I booked the hotel after I checked all the reviews; the location is very good, near to two underground lines. Wilmersdorfer Street turns to a pedestrian street with many shops and a big mall south of the hotel. The hotel is clean and modern. There is tea and coffee facility in the room and no minibar, except a very expensive...

Leonardo Hotel Berlin is an ideal hotel for a city get away. The metro stop is practically at the door of the hotel, which makes getting around the city very easy. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and filling. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed as a couple in February 2014. Booked as a package with flights from London Luton (EasyJet). Room only, stayed for 3 nights. This was our first trip to Berlin and overall the Leonardo Hotel was excellent value for money, in a good location with excellent transport links. Room The room was a double facing out onto Wilmersdorfer Strasse. The...

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighbourhood Profile
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theatres close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
