This is a great hotel/club. The rooms are sensational in Art Deco style. They provide the best coffee, tea, soaps and shampoos etc. The restaurants are superb and the staff could not be more friendly and helpful.

Very impressed by room size and comfort. Décor is quirky and fun whilst still remaining very tasteful. No corporate dress allowed so strictly casual as per house rules. Position of the hotel allows for ease of exploring the city.

The rooms, the flair, the fact it is the Soho House, the roof top terrace, the infinity pool in the middle of the bar on it, the good choice of Arabic influenced dishes and the good selection of wines coming along, the great people working here. Ok: some of the crowd hanging around are of such nature, you don't need...

Soho House was a great place to stay for our girls weekend away. Reception Firstly we were greeted warmly and explained all of the facilities available, and we were offered bottles of water. The Room Then we were quickly taken to our room (Small), which was actually a really good size for what we needed. The decor is quirky fifties...

Great room, lovely high ceilings and good extras such as cookies and Cowshed products. My friend and I ate at the Italian- so so, wouldn't recommend. Great fun enjoying drinks from the roof top though.

We stayed here for a night as part of a long weekend. The hotel mirrors the city in that it has its own unique decorative and architectural style and is a long way from the run of the mill business hotels. In fact when you check in they tell you business attire is frowned upon! Which I presume is part...

This. Is. Such. An. Incredible. Place. It is beautiful, it is spacious and it offers you enough to "live" there. From the hotel, over the restaurant, to the pool and gym as well as the bar downstairs...and the Damien Hirst paintings...WOW. Food was excellent and sitting by the chef's counter and being able to see (and listen to) the Italian...

Everything about our stay was excellent- the rooms, the food, the service, the spa, all of it. The House is much prettier than the one in NYC, very light and airy, and the clientele is also very cool and friendly. I highly recommend breakfast and lunch on the roof level, looking out at the pool, and then have dinner on...

The hotel has a great vibe and buzz to it. Great roof top restaurant with heated outdoor pool and fun Members Room - which non member hotel...

Staying in Prenzlauer Berg

Neighbourhood Profile
Prenzlauer Berg
No Berlin neighbourhood has undergone a greater change than Prenzlauer Berg. The artists and non-conformists that defined the district’s intriguing subculture in the 1980s and 90s have been replaced by a young, hip crowd that frequents the many cafes. Where there were once run-down houses in the shadow of the Berlin Wall, there are now designer shops. Beautiful old homes have been modernized and renovated, and on Sundays, thousands turn the park next to remnants of the wall into a playground for street artists, musicians, and flea market shoppers. This attracts young urban families who enjoy the balance of big city life and small-town comfort. Meanwhile, trendy, young, upper-class visitors from all over the world are attracted to the local high-end shops, cafés, and sophisticated bars and restaurants. The merits of this transformation are a favorite topic of debate around the city, but it makes for some of the best people-watching Berlin has to offer.
