I am always nervous visiting the same hotel a second time. The excitement and novelty of a new adventure is never the same and you tend to spot more of the niggles. So it was with a little trepidation we returned to the Adina since our brilliant visit 2 years ago. Despite a couple of niggles, we should not have...

I took a one bedroom apartment and found this very comfortable and spacious. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was well stocked plus a full kitchenette and small laundry area. Free WIFI and good access to local food shops ad cafes made this a very handy location. This was situated in a very central part of Berlin,...

Ursula and Felix were very personable. Ursula provided us with a good lunch recommendation upon our arrival. She also had a great sense of humor. Felix was helped us when experiencing printer complications and was very friendly. Both are invaluable assets to your company.

Steps from the market. Had a great stay with no issues. I would reccomend the property to anyone. The hotel is also a godd value given the location. Everything is within walking distance to include museum island.

This hotel is right next to the train station and a short walk to Museum Island. The hotel is very clean and having a kitchen makes it easy to save some money by cooking your own dinner or breakfast. There is a supermarket close by and a great shopping centre within 2 minutes walk.

We stayed here in February and were attracted to the location, and the hot tubs initially! We have been in Berlin before, and were always walking well over 15000 steps each day, so we thought that a nice relaxing soak at the end of each day would be perfect- and it was! Location wise- this place was right in the...

We arrived by public transport which was easy to navigate and much cheaper than a taxi from the airport, make sure you have change for the machine as the one we chose wouldn't take notes or a card and the queue at the airport ticket machine was much smaller than those at the train station. The hotel was well situated to...

Staying in Mitte

Neighbourhood Profile
Mitte
The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighbourhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
