Great apartments for familys or groups. Very clean and spacious. Nice big and well equipped kitchen. Much better than staying at normal hotel. The only minor downside was the checkin procedure, but nothing and the fact that only one of our keys would get us inside the apartment. Highly recommendable 👍

I stayed in these apartments for a few days last week with my husband and 3 young (ish) children. I would definitely recommend them as they are in a great location and had everything we needed. The process of picking the keys up from the office was nice and smooth and the office staff were really helpful and friendly. We... More

We stayed at this apartment in April very clean and spacious , Very comfortable stay with my 5 friends . Although we had to walk to buses or main areas it was nice to see Berlin whilst walking through the streets . You see so much more. We used the tour bus and seen some lovely buildings and took in... Location of the apartment is superb in a fantastic neighbourhood. Great restaurants just around the corner. The apartment itself is beautiful ( high ceilings, beautiful old doors) and contains all necessities, but is slightly cheap furnished: I guess it's all Ikea. If only someone would give a little attention to the the decoration, it would simply be perfect!

5 minutes walk and you have 2 close U-Bahn: in one side you have U-Bahn Rosenthaler Platz that you can eat pizza & bear for less than 5 euros (La Pausa). in the other size you have U-Bahn Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz that it's only one station from alexanderplatz station.

Stayed with a family of 5 and found these apartments spotlessly clean, roomy and comfortable. It is an easy walk to Alexanderplatz. Plenty of great breakfast places in the area. Please note that you need to pick the key up from the OTA office first - we had missed that piece of information which cost us 30 mins at the... More

We spent 4 nights at this accommodation at the end of September. It was clean, fresh, spacious, welcoming and close to everything we needed. The OTA apartment on Zehdenicker Strasse was a wonderful, restful place to come home to after spending the day sightseeing in the big city of Berlin! Our group of 7 rented two of the 2-bedroom apartments in the building on a residential street just off a main street, so restaurants, bars and a U-Bahn station were within a couple blocks.... More

Staying in Prenzlauer Berg

Neighbourhood Profile
Prenzlauer Berg
No Berlin neighbourhood has undergone a greater change than Prenzlauer Berg. The artists and non-conformists that defined the district’s intriguing subculture in the 1980s and 90s have been replaced by a young, hip crowd that frequents the many cafes. Where there were once run-down houses in the shadow of the Berlin Wall, there are now designer shops. Beautiful old homes have been modernized and renovated, and on Sundays, thousands turn the park next to remnants of the wall into a playground for street artists, musicians, and flea market shoppers. This attracts young urban families who enjoy the balance of big city life and small-town comfort. Meanwhile, trendy, young, upper-class visitors from all over the world are attracted to the local high-end shops, cafés, and sophisticated bars and restaurants. The merits of this transformation are a favorite topic of debate around the city, but it makes for some of the best people-watching Berlin has to offer.
