Nice hotel in the hart of the City Center. Arriving at the hotel was already the start of a great and excellent service. The whole staff never stopped helping all hotelguests. Lovely stay at this marvellous hotel while there for business! Recommended place to stay!
Large rooms for Europe. Excellent amenities. Seemed quite business oriented but splendid none the less. Everything you would expect from this great brand. Comfortable bed. Bar staff was on top of their game making watching World Cup games at 24:00 that much more enjoyable.

This is a great hotel with flawless service: It started with a great welcome by the bellmen who helped me with my luggage, and continued: The Front Desk gave me an upgrade and a late checkout time (thank you American Express Platinum).

Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop
down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theatres close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
When I was there it was Valet daily rates. I forget the rates now though (sorry) but it is Berlin not NYC so take that for what it is worth. Thought it was posted, a call to them will surely suffice.
