The room was clean enough a bit tacky but fine, but the toilet was way too small for 3 people and not very clean.
Location is pretty good though.

Spent four days in Berlin using the Zarenhof Friedrichschain as our base. It's a small competitively priced establishment tucked away discreetly on a side street. Excellent location for bars, restaurants and access to public transport. Our apartment/room provided all the comforts of home with sink,...More
Akmal has some superb service skills. His service alone made me want to come back. He went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable. Clean hotel. Break is poor, not worth paying for. Decent location, 3 minutes walk from the tram.

On one hand, you may find a bar with international crowds, electronic music, long lines and panoramic views - on the other, an outside venue by old train yards featuring decrepit
buildings and live alternative music. No matter your taste, the best way to end a night out in Friedrichshain is sitting by the Spree River at the East side gallery, the longest and best preserved piece of the Berlin Wall, watching the sun rise over the beautiful Oberbaum Bridge.
