This is my second visit to this hotel in Hamburg - and the one I will be staying at for all future visits. I will actually make it a destination! The staff is exceptional. They make you feel that they actually love their job and offering service beyond service. The rooms are stylish and all the extras are of course there. The minibar is free, yes! The coffee machine is a Nespresso. The robes and slippers super soft, bed lights just right for not disturbing your mate, a proper luxurious duvet, lots of pillows, bath amenities are L’Occitane - I am certain you get the picture by now! Dinner is great, cocktail menu extensive, the breakfast is divine, simply! And the price point for this 5 star hotel is really reasonable! Location is a short 5 minute stroll from the Rathaus square and Europa Passage (shopping Mall) and all the best restaurants in the city.…
