Stayed for 1 night with our 2 dogs, and they were well cared for with water bowls and treatbags. The hotel truly knows service and everyone was more than welcoming and friendly. There is a huge forest with lots of paths right outside which was just what our dogs needed after a long day of car riding. The rooms are spacious and spotless and the breakfast has everything you could wish for. Would definitely recommend, even more if you have more time to use all the facilities!
Hotel Lindtner is located in southern Hamburg at walking distance from station Harburg-Heimfeld. It is a most pleasant hotel and has a nice spa. Staffs are welcoming and attentive. The hotel offers 128 rooms over 3 floors. Free Wi-Fi and free parking. When you have a car the hotel is ideally situated. The quiet neighbourhood and the high quality attract visitors, mostly Germans. Our large room was tastefully furnished and decorated, had a good double bed, desk & chair, coffee & tea making facility, double wardrobe with safe, bench & club-chair, flat screen TV, and a spacious separate bathroom with washbasin, toilet & shower over the bath. All was very clean. The windows can be opened. The complimentary spa has a massage area. In the spa a Finnish sauna at 90°C, steam Hamam at 50°C, and indoor and outdoor cooling down showers. Surprisingly there are no warm foot-basins. There is a comfortable resting area. The buffet breakfast is excellent with ample variety and coffee made to order. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who seeks a good night’s sleep and a nice spa. Highly recommended.…
We stayed for one night (in transit between the Alps and Norway) and the hotel is perfect after a long day driving. Staff is friendly, Rooms are big, Food is great, and it is quiet. We had dinner (and breakfast) outside - in the back-yard of the hotel. Absolutely great. Recommend others in the same situation to try out this hotel.
Very nice and calm hotel with a beautiful and calm alcove in the backyard. We ate a superb risotto in the restaurant and had a good night sleep. Tesla chargers outside was perfect for us. Good service. BUT very expensive. 180 EUR for double room and NO breakfast. Spa was hilariously expensive.
Rooms were a good size for Europe. Received great service from the staff too. The location is off the beaten path and besides the hotel restaurant, there is only a Greek restaurant down the street. Wished there was air conditioning at the hotel as there loud birds chirping outside the window.
