Cooperative staff, makes things easy, but they should increase the employees at the check in & check out. lovely room, clean, confortable, ( needs to increase the several TV chanils in diffiernt langueges). beside the train station (Dammtor) and close to the plant garden, 15 minutes to the city center.

Great location, good breakfast buffet, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly Parking was convenient and Í got discount from the hotel as I parked at one of the Radisson spaces. The Hotel location is great and we went on foot through Centrum.

A terrible, terrible experience. When I arrived at check in, there were two receptionists there, obviously one was a trainee and another one was giving instructions. I stood there and there was not even a glance from either of them. Not a "Hello", not a "We'll be with you in just a moment", not anything at all. As if I didn't even exist. I stood for at least three minutes, maybe more, didn't want to interrupt because I was simply curious how long it would take them. After they finished what apparently was their business, one of them finally greeted me and checked me in. I am not a hospitality expert, but this is no way to greet guests at arrival. Guests are more important than whatever else receptionists are doing, and if there is something truly more important that has guests waiting, then the minimum is "Please wait, we'll be with you in a moment" or something. But here - not even an acknowledgement of my presence. I took a photo of what it looked from my perspective, but then deleted it when I arrived in the room, deciding not to post this review, after all. While at the reception, they didn't ask me for my credit card for incidentals. Hotels usually do that. I asked specifically about that, do they need my credit card for incidentals, and they said "no". Very well, they put trust in their guests, and I was fine with that. However, when I came to the room, I wanted to order room service. I ordered the food, and a minute later the room phone rings. It's the room service, asking me if I can pay by cash. I say "no" because in 2022 I don't really carry any cash on me, at all, ever. They said "sorry, but then we cannot deliver your food" - and the reason was that they don't have a deposit made by me during check in. WHAT? I mean - I asked if they needed it, and they said no, and then they decline to bring me room service because I can't pay cash? Radisson, shame on you! But I guess you don't really care, because this hotel is a convention center hotel, you'll get your guests anyway, you don't really care if they are satisfied. Still, shame on you. P.S. I did manage to recover that photo from the recycle bin. So - I'm posting it for others to see how Radisson greets their guests. I stood there and looked at that view for three minutes, perhaps more.

Lovely hotel with amazing view, excellent personnel, very good location! Totally recommend it. The gym and sauna are also offered for free. Make sure to visit also the rooftop bar! Worth it totally. Thank you!

Always a pleasure to come to this hotel, amenities are nice and breakfast is really amazing. I got a small issue in my room, and the receptionist was so efficient and kind to fix it and find a solution. Rooms are clean, spacious and well soundproof.

As I travel very frequently for leisure and business I have a broad frame of reference. This hotel has positively surprised me. Many hotels still use Covid as an excuse to strip down their service. Not this one: extremely friendly, helpful and anticipating reception staff (big compliment and thank you to Uwe Ahlburg at the reception - one of a kind customer oriented top professional - really OUTSTANDING). You get water, slippers and full amenities in your room. They offered a second bottle at check in just in case that you dont have to walk down again. Hotel still offers desinfection everywhere. Room is clean and was desinfected. Beds are very comfy, room not huge but big enough, bathroom has sufficient space to deposite all items, light is good and magnifying mirror is effective. Only item to improve is the coffee was only decaf and not sufficient milk powder and I could hear a bit from other guest through connection door. Check in and out very effective. Asked for a taxi in a hurry and staff walked over for me to get it as fast as possible. Its not a luxury 5 Star super fancy place but if back in HH I’d still prefer it over those as in the end service makes the difference and not the price / look of the furniture. Excellent value for money.

We always come back to Radisson, when we stay in Hamburg. However until this year we unlikely did not the member status, because we didn't know it before. We stayed at your hotel as well in 2019 and last august. because we always feel safe and sleep well. Furthermore the hotel is quite in a good position to do some trips.

The hotel is centrally located and easily accessible to Hamburg's extensive transit system. There is an adjacent botanical garden and a restaurant street only 300 meters from the property. The rooms were clean and well serviced. The only negative spot is the construction zone at the hotel entrance. The wind blew and dust flew into our clothing and faces. I'd also like to see better signage that directs foot traffic up the driveway to the entry which is obscured by scaffolding. I stayed there with my family and booked two rooms. Check in was efficient and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Public areas were spotless, once you got past the entry foyer. I'd stay there again. It was quiet enough, except for some noisy children running down the hallway late. German children are no better behaved than American kids.

When it comes to check-in and check-out staff - its all great and up to standards. However, when it come to a service staff at restaurants and cleanliness - that's the issue. 1. Asian lady at breakfast restaurant (the one who checks room numbers and charging people) - extremely rude, unprofessional and her visual appearance (cloths and shoes 2-3 time larger then her original size) need a massive make over. She would never smile and great people kindly, always being too direct and too aggressive in her way of talking, her body language and look is so rough and raw. 2. Dirty water glasses and large coffee glasses: full of stains, soap/dishwasher liquid marks. I believe none of us would love to get food poison with chemicals and use not cleaned crockery, right? 3. Size of the bed blanket is another comedy: its narrow and long just like a size of the bed, which means my sleeping habits and position in bed during rest - must be adjusted according to blanket size. Its so uncomfortable. That was my personal experience after staying at your hotel.
