H.A. is a nice hotel and it is very central. Room was big but bathroom very small and basic. Everything was clean. The hotel lacks of night reception and they speak poor english. Internet was very weak and not always functioning, in general some customer care will be better.

The reception is only open till 8 pm. One gets three keys--one for your room, one for the hallway, one for the front door. While there is an elevator/lift, it is very small (for 2 people and some luggage), one does need to climb about three steps from the street to the inside landing, then another half set of stairs,...

Stayed here one night. Affordable, but very basic. Shower in singleroom was next to bed. Roof was shabby. Nearby restaurants and coffee places helps. I would not book this hotel again as a single person.

The first impression is of a hostel... The second and third too. However this hotel is very central and well placed. The parking is half a km away and it's not possible to stop outside the hotel. As a result heavy suitcases are not reccommended... The room is large but damp... However I suspect that that is a product of...

This hotel is on a beautiful street, colonnaden. It is very close to the centre and has an underground station very close by. You an walk to the centre from here and cycle to almost anywhere. The hotel itself is very basic. Our room was very large it had a double bed a sofa bed and a fold bed. It...

My business partner and I were attending a convention at the Hamburg Messe and needed somewhere within easy walking distance. He found this hotel and we booked it. The reception only opens from 08.00 to 20.00 and we were due in later. No problem, they would leave our keys in a locked box outside the premises. Of course they also...

This hotel was quite nice, it had just what we needed; a clean and tidy room and a good bed. The staff were professional and helpful, but the best of all: the very central address- and the quietness! We'll be back! Thank you! Now we're heading for Berlin

I stayed for three nights. From my research, it is one of the cheapest hotels to have private bathrooms with the rooms. My room was clean and had everything I needed, including TV with CNN news channel, free wi-fi, well-equipped, if small, bathroom with shower, touch-dim dressing table lamp, bedside reading lamp and spare extra pillow and duvet in the...

We found this hotel quite basic but all in all a little gem. The area was nice and quiet within a short distance of the centre and near the subway taking you back to the airport. The owners and staff were friendly and breakfast was good. We took our 12 year old grandson with us and overall it was great...

I stayed here for two nights recently - it was perfect for what we are looking for. Central location, comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Sana was our main point of contact at the hotel and she was excellent - professional, helpful & friendly. It is about 20 mins stroll to the Reeperbahn - if that is the sort or stay...
