This hotel had stylish decor and the rooms were very modern and clean. However the air con was insufficient and when we questioned the staff about changing the temperature we were told the air con could not be changed even though this was not the case in my sisters room. The staff behind the front desk were not helpful and really let our hotel experience down. The location was perfect for exploring Hamburg and we loved the area.

Excellent location, central to a lot of attractions, such as reeperbahn night life, u boat, volsparkstadion and others. easy to get to from airport too. Staff nice and hotel bar convenient. Rooms are modern and comfortable.

Spent 3 nights here,very central location.turn left for the Reeperbahn or go right to avoid it. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were modern with a brilliant shower. No iron in the room but asked at reception and had it dropped up straight away.

A very modern, business like, clean, tidy and very comfortable. No restaurants, but plenty around. Internet in my room was not very good, so had to use my mobile 4g signal. Breafast is okay. The room I had was very quiet.

Arcotel Onyx is on the corner of the Reeper Bahn. You go left and you have the Reeper Bahn but if you go right when you get out of the hotel you wouldn’t even know it is there. Hotel is up to modern standards. Clean rooms with everything you need for a pleasant stay.
