At first this hotel has become Ibys Styles. They have really nice decorated rooms but the problem is that they are without air condition. And after 2 o clock the rooms are like sauna until late night. They should reconsider and put an air condition. The breakfast was good enough. Sam from the reception is the best receptionist ever.

As has been said before, it is not the fault of the hotel but this is not a comfortable area in the evenings. Clearly it is the Turkish part of the city and has been for some time, but the sight of families of professional Romanian beggars waking up by the church around the corner was not what I want...

We stayed in Ambassador hotel for 2 nights. the location of the hotel is great near the central station and very close to Frankfurt old center. Rooms was very clean. Breakfast is delicious with various items. the only problem I had that I have to transport my luggage on stairs because the lift is located half way between floor. the...

Well located since it's very close to the train station. Very nice people working there, big room and a tiny bathroom. If this hotel ever remodels, they should start by the bathrooms. The rest is OK. :-)

Recommend hotel for its proximity to the Frankfurt train station. Hotel is clean and rooms are well maintained. Breakfast is included and is varied. Only negative comment concerns the WiFi. It is very weak.

I stayed here for two nights on business and was very pleased with the hotel. The location was very convenient from the main train station. The hotel interior was clean and modern and I was greeted nicely by the front desk staff. The hotel provides coffee, and water in the lobby all day. There is a small bar in the...

Stayed for one night. The hotel was easily located and short walk from main train station. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. Room and bed was basic but clean and I slept well. Breakfast was included in price and consisted a continental style self service, which was nice. Location wise, on positive side the hotel was an easy walk...

the hotel is clean tidy and respectable, the staff were attentive and helpful, the lack of parking was an issue for us, but if you wait long enough, street parking does become available eventually. the area surrounding the hotel is a very different matter though! I was with two other friends all big strapping lads, but we didn't feel "safe"...

The hotel is about 5 min. work form the main station of Frankfurt. I met several staffs at there and everybody is kind and very helpful for trip. One thing I think to improve is to make a more large name plate at the entrance. The room is quite big and very quite. The breakfast is also acceptable for me....

Stayed here for 5 nights in May 2016, and was impressed by the staff's helpfulness and the hotel itself. Not huge rooms, but the one I had (704) was on the top floor and even had a small balcony! The one drawback is the street outside - there are a couple of bars across from the hotel and they can...
