Very good. Confortable, clean, 10 minutes from Messe by foot. Price/Quality ratio is good. About 200 Euros per night including a really nice breakfast buffet. Wifi signal strength to be improved. Almost no signal from my room (2032)during my stay.

I stayed three nights. Usually I tried to look for a room near the Central station, but not this time, as it is expensive. There are two hotel buildings, and southern side have the main reception. The room is clean and shower seemed to be renovated and easy to use. Only the drain was not nice, the floor had a...

I have been working at the ECB for six months and stayed in Mercure Resisenz and Hotel. Rooms are quite and comfortable and the hotel is near the subway station to the city center and the airport. The restaurant is expensive.

Close-by the Frankfurt West S-Bahn station, with good connections on lines S3 & S4 towards either city center or Kromberg/Bad Soden; placed in a quiet zone, and near a good supermarket, there are not many options around for eating dinner out. When we first arrived to the hotel, we found it a bit weird that our rooms where in another...

I selected the hotel because it said it was very close to the Ambiente Fair. It was a 10 euro cab ride, in no traffic, not really walking distance. It was clean, the desk staff was friendly, beds were comfortable. The non-smoking rooms (we tried two) smelled of smoke and needed to be aired out. The lounge staff was terrific....

Rooms are well equipped with excellent showers, fridge and a coffee machine. The only downside was the building work taking place on a nearby building. The jackhammers started at 7.30am. Reception staff were very helpful as were the bar staff. Food was very good if a bit expensive

Large and clear room and bathroom, comfortable bad, good services. Personal very polite. Too hard to find this hotel, location is far from the city center and ZOB and HBf. But there are 17 tram and U-bahn near.

been a customer for years, and it was Always correct, but this year it wasn't. stayed there for three nights, but even though I mentioned the safe was broken on the first night and the second day, it did not get fixed, nor were we given any explanation. Even a simple lightbulb replacement was to much trouble it seemed. You...

Ok, friendly staff, good breakfast. Would have got more stars but only 3* because of price hike because Heimtex was on. I was charged €100 extra for one night because a colleague stayed in the same twin room that I'd already paid for because it was twin occupancy. So that meant a €100 breakfast. Which was good but not that...
