There is more than one Mercure hotel in Frankfurt, I stayed in Messe which was a very handy five minute walk from the convention centre where I was attending an exhibition. The area has some good local restaurants with train, bus and tram stops very close by if one wants to venture further. Most of the hotel staff were friendly...

Good value for money. Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet place, convenient distance from Frankfurt Messe. Excellent breakfast but somewhat expensive (21 €) if you do not have a large stomach to fill in.

I would recommend this hotel for business trips. It is not city center, but it is near Railway station and tram stop. During my staying there I had perfect breakfast and well service. People from reception changed my room without any questions or comments. Both my rooms had balconies.

Hotel staff was not friendly at all. Just friendly towards local German Guest. Band attitude to other tourist. Front desk staff need to be more courteous to foreign guest who have language barrier. Guest come from different parts of the world and different cultures which must be respected by the hotel staff.

We arrived late to the hotel. The restaurant was closed but the bar staff were excellent in grilling us a burger each for dinner after 11pm. Room was typical Mercure. Good internet. Location is handy on the outskirts of Frankfurt.

I received upgrade room, I can't image how the standard is. Smoking smell in the corridor, mold smell in the room, 70s forniture style, empty fridge, no bottle of water in the room and tomorrow morning I have to cross the street to go to the breakfast. Is it enough?

Very good. Confortable, clean, 10 minutes from Messe by foot. Price/Quality ratio is good. About 200 Euros per night including a really nice breakfast buffet. Wifi signal strength to be improved. Almost no signal from my room (2032)during my stay.

I stayed three nights. Usually I tried to look for a room near the Central station, but not this time, as it is expensive. There are two hotel buildings, and southern side have the main reception. The room is clean and shower seemed to be renovated and easy to use. Only the drain was not nice, the floor had a...

I have been working at the ECB for six months and stayed in Mercure Resisenz and Hotel. Rooms are quite and comfortable and the hotel is near the subway station to the city center and the airport. The restaurant is expensive.
