I stayed here for one night in October. I've been to Frankfurt a number of times and had been curious about this grand-looking place. I like staying in this neighborhood because it's very near the Gruneburgpark, which is wonderful for walking and running and also has an interesting area where they've recreated various forest ecosystems (North American, Northern Europe, Asian)....

The Palmenhof is located in a quiet residential area easily accessible from the centre, both on foot and by metro. The neighborhood is quite pleasant, with a couple of good cafes and restaurants near by as well as the botanical gardens. The rooms are comfortably-sized, nicely furnished, clean, and well-lit; the overall effect is more homey than chain hotel. The...

The hotel is well located for a business trip close to some restaurants. The bedroom was spacious (very good size) as well as for the bathroom. But the style is a bit old school. The breakfast was fine, with a lot of choice

Having spent 4 nights in the Palmenhof - a lovely hotel in a very handy location, quiet residential area and close to the centre. The room was large, clean, well furnished a comfortable bed and large window opening to the rear courtyard. The rooms at the front of the building are more noisy as face a busy road. Great for...

We stayed at the Palmenhof for three nights and enjoyed our stay greatly. The hotel had a real charm about it with an elegant entrance foyer and staircase. Our room was quite large and features an entrance vestibule, a Juliette balcony, and a pleasant seating area, as well as a desk. The housekeeping staff were very efficient and the room...

Highly recommended for a stay in Frankfurt. Nice rooms, perfect bar and with a good distance to the citycenter. Frankfurt of course has a lot of hotels, and several good ones, but when it comes to value for money, Palmen Hof gets ahead Even a single room is at a higher standard than average.

Just enjoyed a one-night stay at the Hotel Palmenhof, Frankfurt-am-Main, Germany. A very efficiently run hotel in a very pleasant part of Frankfurt, near the delightful Botanical Gardens, Palmengarten. Bed and Breakfast only, clean generous room with very good bathroom. Friendly, helpful staff. A very safe bet for a short stay in Frankfurt.

Very nice staff with good English skills for visitors. Location is a little bit outside of main busy downtown Frankfurt area - can be good or bad depending on what you want. We had a quick 1-night stay before a flight at FRA the next morning. Hotel was clean and adequate. Front desk was friendly and helpful with advice. Price...
