It looks like an Ibis (economy chain) more than a Mercure. No restaurant for dinner, and very basic breakfast. Room very small. Bar is a desk next to reception. Only positive... still have the minibar, rarer nowadays at this level of places.

Hotel is too small to be named as mercure. It maximum should be classified as ibis. Location is close to the central train station. There is a lot of halal food around the hotel. We can walk to the river and zeil shopping area.

A excellent hotel, the staff are friendly in particularly Laura who greeted us with a nice warm smile on our arrival. Me and my friend stayed in a twin room for the princely sum of €201 Euro for 3 nights and opted for no breakfast and it was a bargain, our room was spacious, had a nice flatscreen on wall and...

The concierge at the hotel was extremely disrespectful and rude. I speak fluent German, but I think he has an issue with foreigners and women. Even though the rest of the staff were friendly and otherwise the hotel was ok (location is convenient, rooms are modern and clean, hotel provides the basic services), I will never stay at this hotel...

Rooms are small and not particularly modern. The toilet is adequate. No special reward was granted in spite of gold card membership. Breakfast was ok, but not particularly rich. All in all the hotel is not bad, but it is hardly recognisable as a 4 stars structure

Stayed for two nights in this hotel, booked because it is Mercure, close to the train station, and good price. Well... it is not 4* for sure - hotel is small, rooms are small, parking is tiny. However, all is clean, and coffee machine in the room. The staff is perfect, very warm welcome and checkout, always responsive. Didn't take...

The hotel has a good central location from the main station and to the city centre. Friendly, helpful staff and good choice at the breakfast. Was lucky to get a room high up and to the back, otherwise might be noisy. But a basic hotel and not worth all the stars.

It's not a commom Mercure hotel. It's located in a weird place, and the hotel itself doesn't seems like a Mercure brand. The room is just ok. The only thing I received as a platinum member, was free minibar. Never will come back at this hotel, for sure.
