I stay almost every week with a major hotel chain. Sorry to say but this stay was the most disappointing in a long time. The checkin staff was doing their job but I felt like being a nuisance to them even though just checking in. There was an elevator but when I got to the level my room was on...

The hotel is in the city center walking distance from the fairground(Messe) and Frankfurt main Train station (Hauptbahnhof). The rooms are clean, bathroom is good and hygienic not too spacious though but good for single person on a business trip or someone looking for safe and budget accommodation in the city center. Best for people on Business or on a move....

I was concerned about this booking,in light of the reviews. It is definitely only a three star rating, however the lift, so small that you have to press the buttons from outside, goes up and down, and carried both of us plus two large suitcases. The rooms were clean., though small, but still accommodated us reasonably. Beds , comfortable, extra...

Stayed at this hotel for a short night after meetings before an early flight the next day. It was fine for that but the hotel is on the edge of the Bahnhofsviertel, which especially at night is a rather dodgy area. The room was pretty old with used-up carpets and a just about acceptable bathroom. Good value for money for...

I thought about rating this hotel at 2 stars but gave them 3. I will not stay here again. The hotel was deserted, and they would not let me check in early. Then said I could check in early for 20 Euros. When I told them I would cancel the room and look for something else, they said I could...

What else do we need ? Clean room, friendly staff, 2 minutes walk to the main station, tram just in front of the hotel, a quiet room to the back side, and an acceptable price. Even if the station area is full of "surprises", there is a bunch of police control all over, and I really did not feel unsafe.

If you are looking for an acceptable price to stay 2 minutes walk from the main station, and if you need a quite room to the back side with friendly staff, take this ! Shopping centre only some minutes walk or take the tram exactly in front of the hotel
