Stayed in a basic double room. Didn't like the mini fridge vending machine in the room, would rather have a regular fridge. Room itself wasn't too spacious but had everything you would need! Great showers! It was very hot in the rooms, we later found out there was something wrong with the a/c and it would get fixed soon. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is great, close to the station and the water and supermarket. Get a room with streetview, a bit noisy with the windows open but so entertaining! Right across from these 'sex clubs', fun to watch how they get people in ;)!

Only stayed one night, to catch a tour bus at the main train station in the morning. It's literally 2 minutes away from the entrance! The area is not the best, it's considered red light district but if you only stay for a night or so, I recommend it. Stayed in a single room, very small but clean and efficient. Overall, I'd book it again.

Frankfurt is like our main hub whenever we visit Europe. Our choice of hotel is Clarion Collection , Frankfurt. Very near to the main train station thus very convenient . Rooms are very clean, staff are very polite. Mr. Ismail, has always been very helpful and takes very good care of all his guests. . If the rooms are fully booked ( it happens during the Messe period) he will call and check at other sister hotels to find rooms for his guests. He also gives great recommendations of where to go and where to eat. That's a great service. Yes, it is situated in a night life area and can get noisy when you open the windows, but guess what!! they provide you with ear plugs in the room. But once the windows are shut it gets quiet. On the whole, very satisfied and happy. Will always be

Myself and my partner stayed here for three nights as a little getaway. When checking in we were told that we had breakfast included, which of course we took full advantage of! When checking out we were told we had a 60 euros charge to our room for breakfast. First of all we believed (we where told on arrival) breakfast was included, second if we knew having breakfast for two days would cost 60 euros, we would be dinning somewhere else. When explaining to the receptionist that we where not going to pay the 60 euros as we did not budget for the charge, he got defensive and said that if we didn't, then he would have to pay for it. We left our details with the receptionist and explained we would contact the management when home in the UK. When home we found that the hotel had taken

Stayed here for three nights on business. Very affordable rate, and convenient location near the train station (for my needs-- some may not like this neighborhood). Hotel entrance was difficult to find-- poorly signed, or perhaps signs were obscured by scaffolding. Staff was kind and helpful, with speedy check-in. My room had a single bed, nothing special, with a desk and a stool to sit on (but no chair-- I would have appreciated a proper chair with a back). The bathroom was economy size-- just a shower, but it worked well, with good hot water. Definitely not room for more than one person in such a small space. Cable TV with lots of channels. Solid free WiFi service was appreciated. Despite only being on the first floor (Euro numbering), I found the room to be amply quiet, no

Stayed over night only but found the place convenient due to the central location and acceptable pricing. Nicely decorated rooms with enough space, very clean, internet free of charge. Breakfast is very good and the service is also very good. Parking is managed by another company, its a few meters walking but also ok. Location is very central for some shopping, close to shopping areas and translation plus the bank district in 10 mins walking distance. However annoying is the red light business going on around the hotel and up and down the adjacent roads, especially at night. Who does not like this should decide to go elsewhere.

The hotel is conveniently situated in the financial centre, minutes away from the main train/underground station with connections to the airport and other points of interest. The hotel looks pretty good with modern rooms, recently refurbished, air-conditioning, flatscreen TVs etc. The only bad thing is that its situated next to the red light district of Frankfurt, which means its going to be loud and at night full of lets call them dodgy people. Otherwise the hotel is really a 4star hotel indeed, some of the rooms have great views while others have inside views which means you are going to see into someone else's room. Its a good hotel, in a kinda good area and its affordable.

A group of ten of us stayed and the staff were very accommodating. They let us check in early and put us together as much as possible. We were very pleased with the standard of the rooms. They were nice and clean with mood lighting which was a nice touch. Although it is very close to the red light district just a street down there are lovely bars and restaurants. Reviews said it was quite noisy at night but we slept right through and ear plugs were provided. There was a lovely continental breakfast which I would advise you to book in advance to save money. Very close to the train station so great for getting from the airport. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our tour director booked this hotel as the result of a large convention taking up most hotels with capacity for 30 travelers. Otherwise, I doubt she would have booked us in this area. Since it is only a few blocks and walking distance from the main train station, the location is convenient for travelers taking the train. However, it is also a few blocks from the red light district and all its affiliated societal problems. As we walked to a restaurant nearby we encountered people exchanging syringes right on the sidewalk. We also saw opened suitcases on the sidewalks, trampled and disgorged of their contents. Little did I know that my suitcase would end up, no doubt, similarly mangled and emptied the next day. While we waited for all tour members to load the tour bus the

I was a bit worried having read some of the reviews but it was fine. The hotel was clean & bright with the staff friendly & helpful. We stayed in room 403 overlooking a side street. Our room was clean & comfortable with a wardrobe/ small dressing area, a spotless bathroom with a shower, shaver point, hairdryer, toiletries & towels. The bed was a little too soft for my but OH found it perfect. We each had large soft pillows & duvets. There was coloured mood lighting around the bed & flatscreen tv with enough sockets & usb ports for charging various devices. Free wi-fi worked well. There is the usual minibar which seemed to work like a vending machine - press the numbered button & the item drops into a drawer at the bottom. There was also tea/coffee making items. Yes, the hotel
