I went to this hotel for a conference in October 2016. I didn't feel comfortable at all due to the following reasons: Entering the hotel I was lost since there was no signage that guides you to the right conference. Throughout all hallways I felt kind of lost... During lunch break I followed the crowd to the restaurant. Waiters guided... More

A large hotel with good parking. Spacious rooms, clean sauna and heated swimmingpool. Bathrobe is on request. Only after a late arrival, 23:52, there are only vending machines in the lobby for just snacks and water. Big desk to work on, enough power plugs in the wall. No AC, big window to open. Free wifi ! There is lots of... More

Much better than I thought. Large and clean rooms, comfortable beds, correct breakfast. Better for business than for tourism because too much rooms and crowdy breakfast room. Very convenient parking in front of the hotel. One major inconvenience : the Wi-Fi connection is useless in the rooms. And for me, it is a working tool. A bit far from city... More

The room was quite large with two comfortable queen size beds. Spacious bathroom too. Very quiet, I slept really well. Big breakfast area with a cook making your eggs to order. Parking just opposite. Perfect for a business trip!

This is a very large business hotel which offers average rooms, situated near a four-lane road. Wi-Fi is available but differs largely in connectivty. Nice spa but, compared to the size of the hotel, too small. Very tasty food in a large variety. All in all: Not too good, not too bad. (This was my third stay during the past... More

Over a two nights stay, I encountered so many problems/issues that I really cannot be positive about this hotel. Service: unfriendly. When entering the Fruehstueckbuffet, I was checked on room number in a way that was close to a security check. At the reception mistakes added; wrong info, no info, really irritating. First night a lady has been singing for... More

The only reason I came to Kassel was to visit the UNESCO Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. I had originally reserved my stay with Premium Motel am Park. When I checked in the receptionist told me that I could move to the next block hotel La Strada, which is connected through the hallway, for the same price. Her reason was that it's noisy... More

Stayed here on a business trip. Hotel is clean and well kept but stuck in the 80's with its decor. Food is very nice with a huge choice for all tastes. Check in was not easy due to huge numbers of guest arriving and only two staff on reception but once checked in all was ok. Staff were very nice... More

The hotel looks good and the food is also good but I won’t stay there again. The shower in my hotel room was useless, there barely came out any water. I told the receptionist the next morning that there is a problem with the water pressure and she said she will send someone up to have a look. Much to... More

We are currently staying at this hotel. We have called 3 times for extra pillows add there is one per bed... We are still waiting, it's been an hour and a half. And they told us they will charge us 20 euro to have an iron and ironing board. Fridge door in room is broken. No hand soap at sink.... More
