We have just returned from a lovely 4 night stay at this comfortable, friendly hotel. We were lucky to have a room with a small balcony, the view we had was so beautiful. Such a beautiful, peaceful location it made our anniversary so special. Breakfast was very nice and we had dinner at the hotel on 2 evenings. We would recommend this hotel, friendly staff, good food and the most beautiful surroundings.

Just from end to end this was a perfect location for a Rhein River Valley day. We had the unfortunate timing of the river level being low so check ahead, but under normal circumstances the KD ships stop right across the street. The rooms overlook the Rhein on one side, which we had. They were cool in spite of a lack of AC. The view is of a castle on the other side of the river and the views in the evening are even better as they light it up. The staff went above and beyond, helping us (in English) find another port down the street to catch the ship for the Rhein tour. Breakfast was top notch with assigned seating and coffee waiting hot and fresh. The meats and cheeses were set out with pride and the breads were fresh baked and delicious. We will absolutely return to this hotel when planning our next Rhein River trip.

Stayed for one night with friends. Warm welcome by English speaking front desk staff. Free parking steps from front door. Spacious, clean room facing inner courtyard which was quiet. Pleasant seating outside to enjoy a drink or meal, Dinner in the hotel restaurant was very good, excellent service. Reservation recommended. Some of our group left before breakfast was available and the hotel prepared take-away breakfast, without our asking, which was very much appreciated. Located outside of Ruedesheim which is a good thing. Location would make it an excellent base to tour this region of the Rhine.

Beautiful hotel overlooking the Rhein. There is seating in the hotel or in the beautiful garden. You can sit under the vine canopy to eat your meal. The hotel was very busy with coach visitors but they did not keep us waiting. The food was delicious and the staff were charming. The waitresses were dressed in traditional costume. Pity we were only passing through, we would like to have stayed the night.
