We had a wonderful stay here. The staff is very professional, courteous, and friendly. The family room is very spacious. The breakfast is outstanding. The staff is always asking if you need extra fresh bread or fruit. We had a super time and look forward to coming back again!

I spend 2 nights here last weekend. It was very hot outside but we had a perfect airconditioned room. The room was big, clean, bathroom was ok too. Except we didnt receive new toilet paper on the 2nd day so the last morning we needed more. Breakfast was not really all buffet, some things were served, some things you could get yourself. I liked the bread. Staff was friendly. 2 things that can be better, the pillow was too soft. Maybe add a extra one in the room. I saw in the brochure it was on request, but i think it would had been better to add just 2 pillows per bed. And the key i wish we had 2 per room. My brother often wanted to go out but he needed the key, while the key needs to be used as well for electricity. Also if i have different plans then my roommate one if us cant enter the room or enter the hotel as the door wasnt always open. But i liked the stay and I would recommend this hotel. I stayed in a room in the back looking on the terrace of the hotel so i had no noise from street or trains which was perfect too.

We stayed here for a week while hiking on the Rheinstieg. The hotel is very nice and clean and our room was spacious and cozy. The beds are quite hard, though. The staff is very friendly and we felt very welcome and taken care of. The restaurant is also good for dinner. The breakfast gets a bit boring after a week, but it is okay. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to others staying i Rüdesheim.

We (family) stayed at this hotel and found very clean and cozy. Appreciated very much the warm hospitality by owner family who gave us some tips for a boat trip. We slept very well. It would have been nicer if we had a bath tab though... The breakfast was lovely with fresh products and the chefs were very efficient to keep an eye on everything consistently. Thank you for making our stay comfortable. We def recommend this hotel.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. My husband and I were one of 9 couples travelling together for a long weekend in Rudesheim. The place was close to all amenities, we packed so much into our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel. My thanks to Julia for all help in getting so many people together in one place.
