Good location in a walking distance of many attractions of Wiesbaden. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. All basics provided. Our room was small but sufficient. The bedding: excellent and comfortable as well. The greatest was the high quality breakfast offering great selection of breads, yogurts and fruit, hard boiled and scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes and bacon. I enjoyed the cheeses and lunch meats as well. Variety of teas and coffees. The service was okay. I believe they were staffed by overwhelmed apprentices. In the evening one can enjoy the drinks and refreshments in the lobby and outdoors. We stayed two nights.

It is clean.Reception is friendly and quick and breakfast buffet is great. What else can one ask for ? It is also located close to many client locations in Wiesbaden. They also have a lunch service wherein they pack your breakfast for you as a takeaway lunch.

We stayed for 1 night in October. The check-in experience was a bit dramatic, as upon arrival they declared they were not accepting guests from ‘high risk’ Covid areas such as London. We eventually managed to check-in once we were able to prove that we had been residing in a ‘low risk’ area of Germany for the past 8 days. However, I was a bit peeved that they waited until we arrived to casually inform us of this (the booking had been made months in advance, and they could see our home address was in London). Surely they should have been going out of their way to inform any guests who wouldn’t be permitted to stay well in advance of their arrival! Once checked-in, things went smoothly. It is a new hotel, and noticeably higher specced than some other Best Western properties I have stayed at. We had booked their highest level room – the ‘Apartment’ – which had a separate living area with pull-out sofa bed, a kitchenette, and an absolutely massive rooftop terrace (although no view unfortunately). We enjoyed the breakfast buffet the next morning, which again was better than expected for a Best Western, and included a number of hot items. Parking was in the basement of the hotel and was chargeable (can’t remember the daily rate, but it wasn’t cheap). Overall, a pleasant stay that exceeded expectations - check-in drama aside.

Dear Londoner, Thanks for you 4-Star evaluation of your stay at our hotel! We appreciate your feedback and apologize that we haven't contacted you in advance when the government decided that London was proclaimed as a "high risk" Covid area. We are checking all reservations on a daily base and try to contact all guests prior to their arrival, when they mentioned their home address in their reservation. We were pleased to have you with us, as we could verify together that you already stayed 8 days in Germany in a "low risk" Covid area before you checked in to our hotel. We are pleased that we exceeded your expectations and hope to welcoming you back to our hotel when you are planning to stay the next time in our area. Your Best Western Team Wiesbaden

The hotel is good located and provides anything you need The room was perfect. Clean and modern The only downside were the pillows. They were not helpful at all The prize for the room was perfect as well Especially with the breakfast included Don’t park at the hotel! There are planty possibilities outside which are way cheaper!

Dear Jochen, Thanks for your feedback and your time for your evaluation of our hotel. Please let us know for your next stay if you need additional pillows to the provided small and large pillow for each person in our double beds, four in total. Your parking advise is valuable for weekend days - during the week the surrounding streets are well occupied, as we are located in a business district. Therefore we are renting 110 parking spaces in the garage, directly located in the basement of our hotel and our business complex. Depending on guest needs, you can access the hotel floors directly from the garage with the hotel elevators. We are looking forward to welcoming you back and assure you of our utmost attention. Your Best Western Team Wiesbaden.
