For my experience, this hotel was good value for money. The room was clean and the size ok. The design of the room is standard : don't expect anything special, which is ok for that price category. My room was on an upper floor and faced the courtyard : pretty quiet. But I can guess that all rooms are not...

The Duvet and the pillow are ridiculously small, the mattress is terrible so it's impossible to get any sleep in that bed, the wifi is expensive and can only use one device at a time, ridiculous, I can't believe they still charge for wifi these days...

Understated when you arrive. That said, Tom was accommodating, helpful, polite at the outset. Serves breakfast etc. room I have is tiny, with a single bed shoves against the wall under a roof pitch or stair well, with my next door neighbour only a few inches away on the other side I the wall (mirrored). Serves a purpose from a...

I personally do not plan to return to this hotel. I found the service rather lacking. In my opinion not very customer oriented at all; including the manager. The service at the reception used to be great in the past but their top employee got a new job some time in 2014 - from what I have heard with a...

This is a small privately run hotel very close to the entrance into Schlosspark Park and not far from the river. As you'd expect in a German hotel, the entrance area is pristine and the service efficient. The room was functional though without many home comforts - fine for an overnight stay . Unfortunately my visit coincided with a period...

Stayed here three nights on business. Quiet location no traffic at night. My room(101) was pleasant being quiet and clean. Facilties limited but more than adequate for short business trip; small bar and excellent breakfast. Good location being close to several restaurants, the park and the Rhine. Would stay again. Try the bar across the road for typical atmosphere; smoking...

Easy access by a public transportation and by car, a lot of free parking spots around, good, easy accessible resturants within a walking distance, small but always clean and well equipped rooms, the cheapest mini-bar I have ever seen, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, lobby bar - open as long as customers are there.

We knew Wiesbaden would be sold out - so we reserved rooms for October way back in April. The trip involved stays in 3 different hotels. All other hotels - small inns - emailed reservation confirmations, but I never got one from Hotel Am Schlosspark. Sure enough, when I phoned before we left, they only had us staying one night...
