Select the larger rooms have more space. Select a period when there is Less of a crowd and you can get it for 50/60 Euro Most importantly their service goes down when they are full they dont have enough keys, water and tea and coffee in the lobby finishes. Breakfast is repeated to often if you are staying long location is good rooms are clean you have to tell them to do housekeeping Overall it is value for money if not crowded 2 stops away from HBF Metro Supermarket and Cafe next door Restaurants walking distance

Dear Manager, I am right now at your hotel for 2 nights : Friday night and Saturday night - 12/01/2024 and 13/01/2024. I am supposed to leave today and I realized when I was packing my stuff that a grey Jean is missing… It is the first time that it ever happened to me in a hotel, it is really not a confortable situation. So was it stolen or was it taken to the trash by the staff I don’t know and I don’t want to accuse anyone. But the simple fact is that my grey jean is missing. Waiting for your answer regarding the problem. Thank you very much. Kind regards, Johnny

My initial impression was nice day staff, clean room. Not fancy. Then at night I ended up in a situation where I was locked out of my room. The lady at the front desk treated me in the most disrespectful manner. Not helping me at all. I gave her a lot of data to proof who I am. I even asked her to call my husband, what she pretended to do. No call was received on my husband’s phone. Finally my husband came to the lobby and rescued me. Never in my life have I been treated in this disgusting way. And that at a rate of €360!

Good beds, functional hotel. No shampoo or any of such in the bathroom (take your own). The breakfast was below expectations, but pricy. The first morning we had our breakfast at 9 am, that was obviously too late, since there was no vegetables at all anymore. Also many other things were gone. The second morning we had the breakfast at 7.45 am, but it did not get much better. I would have expected jus d'orange (both mornings not at all), fried eggs or soft boiled eggs (both mornings not at all), and a bit more choice in bread. The hotel has their own parking lot, which is a plus if you have a car with you.

We stayed here for one night whilst visiting Hannover to attend a Scorpions concert. The hotel is on a relatively quiet street but a leisurely 10 minute stroll will have you in the heart of the old town. The hotel is very clean and the complimentary minibar is an added bonus. Would recommend for anyone visiting Hannover!

It's a good enough hotel, the rooms are very modern, beds comfortable. Bathroom spacious and clean. it's obviously geared towards short stays and Business trios. No wardrobe, maid services ( cleaning, changing towels etc) only on demand after the first day. But free drinks in mini bar, good breakfast, and there's a spa and fitness area.

Conveniently located close to airport and close enough to city Centre. A bit basic, but clean, good breakfast and friendly service. Pity that the bar was not open and that you have to walk out of reception to reach houses 6 & 7, but a positive experience nonetheless

If you require new towels, you might as well dry clean them yourselves because it's easier to find gold in the desert the get new towels during your stay here. My misses is Dutch and when she doesn't have coffee in the morning, after waking up she turns into the incredible hulk. After not finding coffee or tea facilities in the room, I asked reception. They only provided them at the buffet breakfast 😱😨....I'm dead. The staff here are kind, curtious and very happy to help you as much as they can but they need the tools to be able to help the customers, without the tools, it puts your staff under incredible undue pressure.

The hotel is ok and has modern yet spartan design. It is definitely not 4* for the following: * I sent an email before arrival, they never responded. * I asked for one (king or queen) bed got two pushed together * The reception was far from being helpful * The room was made for 1 person (one duvet, one pillow and one towel) although I booked double room * No cupboard and no amenities at all * They refused to extend checkout although the hotel was almost empty * The bed was low-cost so was the pillow and the duvet was too small for the bed * Breakfast was 19€ and the room didn't have tea or coffee facility * The spa is open afternoons for 4 hrs only so was unable to use it. It was the first time in my entire worldwide travels that I found a hair in the fridge (Minibar) The positive things were: good TV, decent WiFi and the price which I booked as a package through on-line travel agency. I don't think I would repeat if I am in Hannover again.

Just needed a room for the night to sleep. Nothing special, it was ok but nothing more for me. I was in late and out early. Easy check in, nice staff, good bed and a nice room. I do not mind to stay there next time
