Select a period when there is Less of a crowd and you can get it for 50/60 Euro Most importantly their service goes down when they are full they dont have enough keys,water and tea and coffee in the lobby finishes. Very Clean hotel. A smaller room with free drinks in the minibar. Great location and friendly and helpful staff. Parking with underground garage was located perfectly within so that you just can take the elevator up to the reception. Cons: Built in tv so you can’t connect your own chromecast etc. No room service and limited bathroom supplies. Also very loud AC. Overall a great one-night stay.

If you require new towels, you might as well dry clean them yourselves because it's easier to find gold in the desert the get new towels during your stay here. My misses is Dutch and when she doesn't have coffee in the morning, after waking up she turns into the incredible hulk. After not finding coffee or tea facilities in the room, I asked reception. They only provided them at the buffet breakfast 😱😨....I'm dead. The staff here are kind, curtious and very happy to help you as much as they can but they need the tools to be able to help the customers, without the tools, it puts your staff under incredible undue pressure.

Elevator broken, checking in as the only guest took 30 minutes, elevator broken, room phone not working, TV pixelated and crashed, assigned room was already occupied (embarrassing), lighting above the bed cannot be turned off, view of a monstrous roaring exhaust pipe, dirty (probably blood stains) bed linen, down instead of anti-allergic bed linen. Window torn off at the hinge, almost fell into the room and could no longer be closed. 4 room changes between 10:30 p.m. and 12:30 a.m. Freezing cold night with outside temperatures below 0 degrees. 50 euro voucher for the next night politely declined. Never again!!!

We were in Hanover over the weekend for a family reunion. I chose the hotel because of its super central location. 6 years ago I celebrated my big birthday there and was very happy. I can't say that anymore. The service is practically non-existent. A: if you want your room cleaned you have to ask at reception (if it's open). B: the TV in the room doesn't work. When I asked if someone could fix it, I was offered a new room. C: the breakfast was OK. Unfortunately you had to put your own dishes on a trolley. Service is different. The bread was only replenished on request. D: when I wanted to complain at reception and asked for the manager, he didn't want to speak to customers (even though he was in the building). The hallways should also be renovated. The windows in the rooms could be cleaned.

It's a good enough hotel, the rooms are very modern, beds comfortable. Bathroom spacious and clean. it's obviously geared towards short stays and Business trios. No wardrobe, maid services ( cleaning, changing towels etc) only on demand after the first day. But free drinks in mini bar, good breakfast, and there's a spa and fitness area.

The hotel is ok and has modern yet spartan design. It is definitely not 4* for the following:
* I sent an email before arrival, they never responded. * I asked for one (king or queen) bed got two pushed together * The reception was far from being helpful * The room was made for 1 person (one duvet, one pillow and one towel) although I booked double room * No cupboard and no amenities at all * They refused to extend checkout although the hotel was almost empty * The bed was low-cost so was the pillow and the duvet was too small for the bed * Breakfast was 19€ and the room didn't have tea or coffee facility * The spa is open afternoons for 4 hrs only so was unable to use it. It was the first time in my entire worldwide travels that I found a hair in the fridge (Minibar) The positive things were: good TV, decent WiFi and the price which I booked as a package through on-line travel agency. I don't think I would repeat if I am in Hannover again.

We cannot understand the previous reviews! The check-in was quick, friendly, courteous (late check-out, quiet room) and was well prepared. The room was modern, had good beds and a free minibar. The wellness area is spacious, clean and also contemporary. Unfortunately, the sauna was not opened at 5 p.m. as advertised, but was turned on later - but warmed up pretty quickly. The breakfast offered a large selection, but could perhaps have been replenished a little more quickly. The location of the hotel is great and just a stone's throw from the beautiful Maschsee. There are parking spaces right by the hotel. We will be back!

This is the 2nd time staying in this hotel and yet again not been able to use the lovely spa facility it provides. The reason for this is that they only have it all operating from 5pm even when you ask at the reception desk. Im currently toying in a show so this timing is not useful to me as im only in the hotel in the day time. Has a good size gym. The rooms are comfortable and very modern with a good selection of movies and I do love that you get a free mini bar. The shower attachment this time didn't work which should be a basic check by the cleaning staff when preparing the room for the next guests.

Dear guest
Thank you for your message. We do have suitable rooms that are accessible with a wheelchair, but an electric wheelchair usually is bigger thatn a regular one. Unfortunatly I'd reccomend a different accomodation with extra wide doors in their rooms.
