We held a conference with 120 people here. We were looked after really well from the signing of the contract, through the planning phase, during the event and afterwards. The event team is super helpful and tries to make every wish possible. The location is central and easy to reach, and the proximity to the Eilenriede is also nice for all nature lovers. Less good: we had already indicated at Booking Referral that we would like to have neighbouring rooms, like with through door, as we Trips with small children. Although we had booked long before arrival, it was explained that it was unfortunately not possible to take the wish into account in advance. Even now there is no possibility. All booked up. Great location and staff speak english. The rooms are very large with a stunning view of Hannover city. Buffet breakfast is expensive and doesnt really lead up to the hype. The dinner menu at the restaurant is very limited and also quite expensive. The wifi is good, and they have a range of snacks/toiletries and other goods in the lobby. Hotel is styled very nicely and the rooms are very quiet and personal. They even left us a pair of slippers and a robe each. Hotel is very close to a grocery store (REWE) just around the corner. You have to pay for the parking and the machine requires cash so be careful here if youre parking on site.

Large room with one large bed for me and my husband, super comfortable mattress, although on a busy street, we did not hear any noises. Everything very clean, plenty of toiletries, front desk staff super cordial, they helped us getting taxis everywhere, exchanged money and were honest upfront about exchanging in a bank having a more favorable rate. They do not exchange $100 dollar bills but only $50 or lower. Breakfast was amazing, service impeccable. We had a morning flight and they allowed us to check in early at no extra charge. There are all kinds of shops at walking distance. Entrance to tram/subway/train station is only a few feet away from hotel and about 20 min ride from airport. Taxi ride from/to airport is around $31 euros. There is a shoeshine device in every floor across from the elevator at no charge.

I have been an ACCOR Gold member for past several years. Whenever I stay at an Accor property, I am normally upgraded to a Suite. However at Novotel Hannover, I got a very poor deal. The staff at the reception was not friendly and not prepared to upgrade my room. However to my surprise, when I walked into my room, I found the room very cramped with bed and a very small work table attached to the wall. There was hardly any floor to walk within the room. I have never stayed in such a cramped room in an Accor Hotel. The breakfast served in their restaurant was a cold breakfast except the freshly cooked eggs to order. The bar was however fine and dinner served in the restaurant was satisfactory.

It's a typical modern, comfortable hotel with a gym, bar, restaurant and all you would expect including tea and coffee making facilities in the room. A comfortable bed and quiet room. We didn't use the hotel parking as you can park for free all around the hotel, especially along the wood/park. You can pay 20 Euros each for breakfast, or you can go out to one of the many local bakeries or restaurants open for breakfast and get something great at a fraction of the price, all within easy walking distance. The U Bahn stop is also just a couple of minutes walk away. Lots of nice, local restaurants for dinner, though a good idea to book as they are all popular.

Good, one of our favourite hotels but...great to be recognised and given a suite upgrade, but Aircon wasn't adequate in 801 meaning a very hot and uncomfortable stay. Were provided with a fan but obviously not the same. Parking isn't owned by the Hotel and 30 Euros per night was the highest we paid across 4 countries in our 14 days of travel.

der Fitnessbereich im Obergeschoss ist mit Geräten von Technogym ausgestattet: 6 Geräte, Laufband, Fahrrad, Multifunktionsgerät, Bank, Bälle... Fernseher, Tageslicht, voll klimatisiert. Im UG gibt es einen kleinen Wellnessbereich mit finnischer Sauna und Bio Sauna, Whirlpool, Ruhezone.
Darüber hinaus gibt es eine Kooperation mit den Hotel gegenüber liegendem Fitnesscenter mit über 2000qm und verschiedenen Saunen
