This hotel has a vibe and it's a good one. It may seem a bit outdated but still it does everything well. The lifts are amazing, the lobby and restaurants all very nice with nice staff. I may say that the breakfast buffet is one of the best in Bonn. Parking is a breeze and all in all just a lovely stay. We were a big group and everyone left happy.
Bonn isn't known for having great hotels, most of them are just good. This one is almost up there as the best for me. The only pitfall was that the rooms could have used a bit of a renovation and the toilet spelled like urine and it was a bit pungent at times.

We stayed at the hotel for a conference over four days.
The hotel's transport links and parking facilities were good and the service in all areas was basically very friendly. Our room was spacious and well equipped.
The bathroom had the disadvantage that after using the shower, half the bathroom was under water, as seals in the shower cubicle were apparently missing.
The bar was equipped with too few staff in the evenings, so table service was not possible and longer waiting times at the counter for beverage orders were created. The banquet team was extremely friendly and provided perfect service.
The quality of the food was good and the pricing reasonable.
The fitness area was disappointing with just three functional equipment at a house this size.

Bad service: The service I paid for the room was not provided. Only when I checked out and asked did the reception tell me that I should have called beforehand. I was given a room directly over the railway tracks, so I couldn't sleep the first night and had to change rooms. Bad room facilities: For €200 per night, there was no kettle, tea or coffee in the room. Minibar turned off. Fitness area: The fitness room is very small. The machines are crowded into the room. It is not possible to work out in a relaxed manner. Conclusion: For the price of €200 per night, the hotel is not worth it.

Great hotel with very comfortable beds. The staff is super friendly and attentive, the rooms and the spa area have been newly renovated and are very clean. On Sundays, breakfast was even available until 12 noon, although the refills didn't always work.

A large and impressive hotel. Everything was super clean. The room was modern with large shower. At breakfast there was a great selection and every staff member was extremely friendly. Even the maids (was a gentleman with me). It made you feel welcome.

A very successful 60th birthday in a very pleasant hotel close to the city. The rooms, the bar, the breakfast, the pool, the entire service was simply brilliant. The restaurant manager Mohamed Jaballah and his team made these wonderful days very engaging, great and full of joy. The bar team also deserves special mention! It was a dream and very close to us. The rooms are very nice and there is always taxis at the door.

Super hotel all furnished to a very high standard and with a good pool and Spa. This is the second time we have stayed here and it did not disappoint . Thankfully the A/C works well in the rooms as it was the hottest day of the year. Restaurant is good and the menu varied.. We travelled with a group of about 25 car enthusiasts and found parking outside is free and safe . Parking under the hotel is expensive. Would recommend this hotel if staying in Bonn as is situated in the quite part of town and the rooms and beds are super.
