Reviewed 3 February 2016 We arrived after 18:00 and the hotel was locked. Nobody answered on the phone or e-mail. We had to search other hotel for the night.

Reviewed 27 December 2014 Stayed with my husband amd 16 yr old daughter for 3 nights for Christmas markets. Room was fab with a huge chillout area upstairs (we could have brought the whole family). Hotel was immaculate! Fantastic location and staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend it.
