Hotel premises are dirty or unclean, dusty and basically set up like a building site. dusty air from building material and dusty areas. - rooms were offered were ugly, dirty and smelly of cigarettes and cement. One room even had a door that leads to the street and that it's not really secure for us to leave our belongings. -...

without doubt the worse hotel I've ever stayed in , the beds costed of a toweling bed sheet and a rug! shower curtain held up by a hook , damp in the room , bedside table had a damaged leg which had been fixed with sellotape , random ikea wardrobe doors fixed to the walls and as for breakfast we...

The hotel itself is quite old, and renovation touched it quite long ago, but still nice. The internet connection could be faster but still it is ok for web-surfing at a low speed, and not for youtube of course. Breakfast is standard and included in the cost. Considering its price, it is a very reasonable choice, especially if you go...

I'm not used to complain about hotels, restaurants or any other place but found this hotel below all European standards. We stayed there two nights but the room was NOT made up nor cleaned on the second day. The lady who did the cleaning dropped one set of a large and a small towel despite we were two guests. There...

As stated above, it really doesn't get worse than this, I'd recommend this hotel for families really wanting to punish their kids, the room was completely disgusting, the bed was hard and terrible, the pillow was just rubbish. The room was real dirty, I wouldn't recommend really going inside the room, but if you are I'd strongly recommend wearing a...

The positives: Convenient, quieter location: --One S-Bahn stop east of the Central Train Stn. (Hauptbahnhof). Walking distance to the Deutzer-Brueke and Severinsbruecke, one can enjoy a scenic walk to parts of the Old City (Alt Stadt). --The Deutz neighborhood includes bakeries, pubs and a Rewe grocer, all within 3-4 blocks' walking distance. Two younger Asian men, seemingly restaurant staff, were...

This is certainly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It should not even be promoted on this website. The rooms were dirty, the toilet was awful (shower fixed with duct tape!). The staff only spoke Chinese, no English or German, there was absolutely no way to communicate with him. I do NOT recommend this "hotel" to anyone...

I don't think I've ever stayed in such an awful hotel. Think Fawlty Towers meets grubby, scruffy, run-down hostel. (Actually I've stayed in far better hostels). There were cables masking taped to the walls, cracked mirrored wardrobes on landings, towelling yellow sheets on the bed, tatty pale curtains at the window and fixings in the bathroom hanging off. The beds...
