though I've never been there, I would almost certainly say that they don't have any air conditioning. It is very uncommon in Germany (Europe?), especially in those kind of smaller hotels in older buildings. I've had air conditioning in a hotel once in Berlin, but it was in the upper levels of a mall without the possibility to open any window. Which is, at least for my taste, very very displeasing. You're better off here to just open a windows. The weather usually isn't that hot either.
