This is the first time that I have stayed at this hotel. Location was very convenient for train traveller and only 16 minutes (by train) to the airport. It appeared to be quite new. It was acceptionally clean. The service was very efficient. The 10 Euro breakfast was good value; eat all you want including 2 hot offerings. Overall I...

The best IBIS I have stayed in! Newly refurbished, clean and well located for Main Station arrivals which include Airport arrivals via the direct S !! local train. There are only two problems: Women travelling alone may not like the Low Lifes who unfortunately congregate around the station. They are probably just scruffy, unwashed and smelly but unfortunately the police...

Stayed here during a convention where hotel prices where sky high. Booked through HRS where, strangely enough, the hotel had no singles but doubles available (Ibis has no single rooms, the same room is for single and double occupacy). So I booked double occupancy, but at check-out were charged only for single occupancy. The hotel is in the Central Station...

Quality isn't priceless. When you go sleep in a IBIS hotel you must be prepared to what you will get. The hotel is not bad, the service is good, but the rooms are maybe too small. The location is very convenient

As others have said, its a great location. Its clean, very basic, but the beds are fantastic, very comfy. Basic bathroom with Shower, but clean. Noise level is very low, but if the room gets hot ( as it did this week !), you hear the trains all night. Breakfast is all you can eat continental, which was poor value...

Ibis hotels are omnipresent in Europe, sitting somewhere between the North American Motel 6/Super8 and something like a Comfort Inn. They are very basic, but comfortable enough and usually very well located. In Germany, they are in many train stations. Dusseldorf is no exception -- in fact, you can go from the train station into the hotel without even going...

The IBIS chain provides good basic lodging, and this is true of the IBIS Hauptbahnhof in Dusseldorf. The main attraction is the convenience for those traveling by rail since there is an entrance to the hotel from the main concourse of the Central Train Station. There is also easy access to the U-bahn, S-bahn, and buses for travel around Dusseldorf,...

Perfect for our purpose = Football-weekend. We are very satisfied with the price and the service from the staff in the reception. Location was perfect at central station which took us quick to the neighbour cities or to the old town with the underground.
